I've been shopping at Dollar Tree near me for these items for years. They are working on it. I know, it is frustrating. Mine doesn't have much of anything, but they are improving, the one across the river is the biggest I have ever seen. It is an old Staples.... They have literally everything...
It is like they send all their overstock and slightly defective stuff there. I love it!!

They have stores that they train managers at in most areas. I have one like 20 mins away that is always stocked and gets new items first.
You consistently have the most well stocked Dollar Tree I've ever seen. I wish even my anchor Dollar Tree was as well equipped!

The Dollar Tree you go to is by far the nicest looking Dollar Tree i've ever seen. The few that we frequent look like a tornado went through it. EVERY...SINGLE...TIME!

The store I frequent is within several blocks of an unhomed encampment. 1st time I went down an aisle and watched as a guy was filling the front of his baggie jogger pants with Merch. I kid you not....a few years ago you couldn't find a working cart as the same "clientele" were absconding with all the carts. I pity Dollar Tree folks.
Must be the neighborhood. I live in Paragould Arkansas and our Dollar Tree is always stocked, clean, and friendly. I would almost feel sorry for anyone caught stealing products though.

My daughter bought the 4 in 1 travel bottles. She said it works better than the mire expensive travel bottles you find elsewhere.

Just a hopefully helpful hint: ice cube trays can be used to freeze eggs. So, if you have a couple of chickens in your backyard who produce a lot more during the spring and summer, you can freeze the extras before they go bad. ✌️💚

Now you tell me. I'm no longer in south dakota where my landlord had (well, he still does) about 15 or so chickens and he yelled at me once when I didn't eat any eggs he put in the fridge and he tossed them. Well, gee, why didn't you tell me you did that?! I'm back in NY so no chickens in the yard.
@@patfranks4024 ?? I don’t UNDERSTAND your question?🧐 Do you mean how do you prepare them for FREEZER or just in general? Here’s the FREEZER one:
1) CRACK open egg (do what ever you do with your shells: trash, mulch, etc)
2) Put into ice cube tray OR *2A) mix egg so BOTH yoke & whites ARE MIXED THEN pour into ice cube tray.
3) Cover & put in FREEZER!
~~(I’d do OPTION *2A to get a more even & consistent freeze & can be used for anything after that. You can even just crack several into a bowl, mix together in a larger container, FREEZE, just WRITE HOW MANY EGGS🥚ARE IN THE CONTAINER.)
……Hope that’s what you meant when you asked *“how eggs prepare”?* Cause that’s an open ended question. If you mean how to FREEZE, you also need to know the HOWS AFTER and BEFORE using.
4) After ALL HAVE FROZEN, POP OUT OF ICE TRAY & here you can put in a freezer bag(to save space and/or reuse the trays again. When needed pull out 1, 2 or amount you need to use.
5) Put in separate container & place in fridge to let them THAW OUT.
6) When THAWED mix in the same container OR get another container & mix with whatever you like to put in your eggs OR whatever you need the eggs for.
**Also WRITE the date of when you froze them to know how long they’ve been in the freezer.**
So hope this helps with what you need. If anyone has a better way… (leave a comment I guess.) 😎 🥚 🍳 ✌🏻

F.y.i., I like to use the large serving tray year-round to cut and prep melons, pineapples, and other fruits. The juices seem to overflow a typical cutting board.

Just started watching and already my mind is blown at someone having created thin ice trays for water bottles. WHY HAVE I NEVER SEEN THESE?! Why has no one ever mentioned these before?! 😂😂. Thank you for being the one to enlighten me, lol!

I got mine from Aldi about 2+ or so years ago. LOVE them. Whatever you do don’t get the HARD plastic (4+yrs ago), mine ended up being a bit larger circumference & defeated the purpose! 🤦🏻♀️ Because I couldn’t get them into the water bottles. The silicone ones are tiny bit smaller (circumference) but at least they FIT w/out bashing them in the bottles. 😎 ✌🏻
These are awesome for freezing breast milk in small portions too! An absolute boon to working, nursing moms who utilize a caregiver while away from baby. Minimize waste, maximize your supply!
I had the same issues with ice cubes too.
I went to the Dollar Tree recently looking for the battery operated toothbrush but I had no luck. I love watching these Dollar tree videos Matt makes because I shop their often but it can be a hit or miss when you shop their trying to find Matts finds. I have found some of the things he shows in his videos but others I never find. I’m hoping I find those knock off Allegra Valu health pills because that would help on the price I normally pay for them in case of emergency (if I temporarily run out). It was nice to hear Matt was born on Mother’s Day, it’s his day but he gets to share it with every mother out there, what a celebration! and those sandals are very appreciated. If you need a pair of sandals temporarily and you don’t want to pay $10 or more those sandal prices are a money saver! wishing us all luck finding Matts finds in our local Dollar Tree stores!
I have used the large turquoise oval platter for a bird bath! Just fill with water, add a couple rocks for birds to stand on then place the tray on the ground or table and just watch the birds start bathing in this 'pool'.
Love those large size silicone ice trays, perfect for freezing leftover sauce or gravy, I also use to freeze whole eggs out of the shell.
I watch these and subscribe to this channel for 2 reasons.

To watch the girls grow up and see the family.
BTW I've been woodworking since the 70's and you can buy the 1$ tape measure and it will work for your project if you only use that one for every measurement. If you are sizing up furniture to see where it will work best than they'll work just fine. Just make sure you only use the one.
The only time accuracy matters is when comparing it to something else.

My husband's reason for buying a bunch of 'treasures' is "For $1.25 you can't afford NOT to buy it."

There’s clips in the craft section u get several in a package for $1.25 and they come in pink and they’ll work just as good to hold yer towels to the chairs …. In fact I grabbed some of the bigger clips for my Daughter in law to use for holding down a table cloth
I've seen the multiple packs of clips in the laundry section with brooms, etc

I went to Sam's club the other day and since I was already in there around 7:00 I gave your comment a try about the baked chicken half price I waited till 8:00 and they didn't mark them down and I asked the guy about if they were going to mark them down at a certain time no ma'am whatever don't sell we throw them away so I said you mean if nobody buys them then instead of marking them down you'll throw them away
That's awful! You'll be glad to know that is now illegal in a growing number of states. Here in California the excess edible food has to be donated if not marked down and sold. Trying to prevent food waste.
How absolutely disgusting. People are starving & they are throwing out food ? Take it to the store manager & if he doesn't change things, then post to the internet. Maybe you can get a boycott going.

No pasta sauce in those bottles unless you plan on refrigerating it. They are NOT made for home canning/preservation.

15:02 - yoga mat refresher does not disturb the sticky surface of the mat. Febreeze or other cleaning products could create a slick surface and well that's no fun in the middle of a downward dog. Thanks for your videos! I love the content - it's always so helpful.
I watch at least 5 or 6 DT creators, for years. Many show rusty shelves, and STAYED that way and still IS! My store and 2 others where I am is filthy, JAMMED with unopened stock you can’t get around and only ever 1 cashier. I now go as little as possible. I LOVE Matt and his family, been here awhile, so appreciative of all his work and am grateful for his videos, as such I still watch. My bday is the 16th, AND I am a mother, so my son gets me two gifts 😂happy early bday Matt. Love to your lovely girls n boy🙏🏻❤️ thank you 💐🌞

Those ice trays are GREAT for chicken or beef stock, lemon/ lime juice cubes etc.
The compression socks are a great deal. If you have poor circulation they are nice. Used them on a long drive and they keep my legs from hurting.
I can vouch for the air fryer liners, they work well . I just ordered a case of those clear essentials, organizing bins because they are awesome. And the utility straps are great for extension cords. Of course I’m always a sucker for a new types of solar lights.😂😂

Just bought a DT tape measure. I don't know about the black, but they have a yellow one now (that I bought) that has inches AND cm, which, as our world gets smaller and smaller with globalization, I find I NEED cm measurements on some home items I order, so this works out great. It (the yellow) is very smooth pull and retract and I think it's way worth $1.25.
The black one is new.

Right near me, theres two decent DT's! I don't dive, so have to walk and they are both nearly the same distance away. I didnt go to either last month and had a doctor's appointment the other day, so stopped at the one i dont go to as often. I saw so much of the stuff you featured!! I'm kicking myself because now i want the stuff i saw and im sure if i go back, they will be out of stock on all!! Lol.

Since you first featured the spider insect trap, I have been buying them at Dollar Tree. They are fantastic. You put them in the freezer for a few minutes so you can pull the paper backing off. I have to use a piece of tape because they unfold. They catch a lot of insects. I have even caught tiny fruit flies.

The 3-pc measure cups look fantastic - always losing them for some reason.
The regular bungy cords are definitely for lightweight stuff, so don't try to hold a ladder to the roof of your car with them when you drive, they will definitely let you down. But if you want to roll up a bath mat and want it held in place, yeah they will work for that.
Got some of new various yard lighting and they are all great - hope they come back next year as they flew off the shelves.

Thank you Matt - informative as always. Was very interested in the wall protectors. Looks like a lot of interesting stuff coming to DT...hopeful they don't increase the prices. The silicone ice cube trays are AMAZING and so convenient. Love the different sizes and shapes. FYI - the big squares can be used to freeze things like chopped peppers, tomato sauce, etc. Great for preserving summer produce to use later.

I would PASS if the OTC medication was not made in the USA....
Read the fine print on your prescription bottles or ask the pharmacist to check the original packaging for factory location. You might be surprised by how many are manufactured elsewhere.
Except most are not made in the USA to begin with. So... made in the USA is not really do-able.
One of the things I love most about Dollar Tree is that their OTC medications are honestly just as good as what you
get at the drug store.
Virtually no meds are made in the USA, including name brand and prescription
Meds are made in China or ingredients are received from China and assembled in India , Mexico, Canada or usa
Those bubble machines are so cute. I don't have kids, but I want one.
I have the solar lantern, and it's cute as well. I have it hanging from one of my pots on my patio. At night, it glows like little fairy lights. I do suggest adjusting the lights inside the case and spreading them out a bit.
I'll advocate for those cold pills that are in the orange and blue box. I always keep those on hand and as soon as i think i'm getting a sniffle or scratchy throat, i take those and often keep the sniffle from going full blown. And it's way cheaper than anywhere else.
I bought a facial massager to help break up pieces of cataract tissue left under the lens over a year ago. There is still a light fog when I move my eyes from side to side, but what an improvement. Bonus point is my floaters have almost gone and this is the first day. Hope it is permanent but I imagine the floaters will be back. Well worth the $1.25.
This year we have Mothers Day, My (Rip) mother would have had a hundredth and My sister was born on mothers birthday all on the same day.

Yeah same here. I think the laws in liberal CA have someone to do with that. They don't want to keep their stores too stocked because the theft is out of control with no consequence.

Also heads up. They are price hiking in some of the stores. Mixing the higher priced items in with the $1.25 items. Make sure to check prices on tags. So far seems like large shampoo bottles, food products and some medication.
