We don’t deserve you. Another excellent video. My only complaint about your channel is that I’m kind of scared to watch your videos because they might make me buy more expensive stuff for my car.
The material you cover in your videos is very well articulated, and very interesting. Already sold me on vorshlag plates for my e90 & f80 Keep it coming
Great video. You think these mounts will help reduce front to back or side to side body movements when going over dips in the road 1 wheel at a time? Also, is the damping stiffer and any traction or cornering differences? Also, is the vertical movement in the stock shock mount something we would notice when driving over certain road surfaces? Maybe a jittery on its toes feeling, or more bounce then necessary?
Nice video, as always. I get that you have data to show that there is no added NVH, but you also say that they improve performance. I don't see any data to prove that in your video. It makes sense that directional changes would be more direct, similar to the effect of replacing front thrust bushings with monoballs, because you're elminating deflection. Do you have any data to show an improvement in performance? I track my car quite a bit and always looking for ways to improve handling. Thanks!

It should better control movements a bit since the damper is always working instead of having gaps/delay between when it goes between compression and rebound. Overall the effect of these top mounts is subtle. The vertical movement in the stock top mounts likely reduces the road feel a bit, but could cause a slight bit less damped feel too.
Great to know that was no added NVH, awesome and super scientific approach to the review. Is there any noticeable improvement on the overall handling behavior of the car? Like cornering over bumps, or maybe speed bumps feel different?
Nice vid! Wondering if you put these on your M2? Also, the PvD website doesn't list them for the M2...in general not the best website so maybe they are hidden somewhere
Excellent video as usual! Obviously you can more perspective on mods because when you take your car from the street to the track you test the mod under more extreme conditions. I don’t have any intention of tracking my daily driver but I have modded it for aggressive street performance with what you might expect including full E85. I really enjoy twisties and big freeway on/off curves. But being a daily driver/family long trip car I haven’t sacrificed comfort with Koni Special Active shocks, Eibach springs, and non-runflat Michelin PS4S tires. I like the quality and design of this product. I’m pretty much riding the fence right now as to what difference/improvement I may feel with my suspension setup and type of driving I do. Curious to hear your comments? Would it be worth it for my setup? John
I would say the difference is a bit subtle on a street car. There are situations where you can notice damping occurring a bit faster, but there's no "night and day" difference. I'd probably do these before monoball rear control arms though.

I was thinking that the next car I buy will be whatever Farkle buys so I can continue to benefit from all these amazing videos
@@oficina_moomoo Hopefully you'll see what's coming next in a month and a half or so (and no it won't be replacing either the 328d or M2C)!
Great job Pdv. Thank you for carrying on with modifications to the F series cars Andrew
I have no idea what you said but I watched and enjoyed the entire video.
Thanks for watching! I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I haven't taken it to the track yet, but I believe I notice a slight reduction in settling time going over speed humps.

PdV hasn't made them for the M2 yet. I provided them dimensions of the stock M2 dampers.

Thanks, Man! That’s very helpful!
Nice
I’m surprise no added nvh, especially for a wagon
I was surprised as well. Not what I was expecting!

Hey bud, do you have Instagram? Had some queatiins for you! Ty! Upgrading suspension and all. Ty!
Yup, @farkle_tech
