I lived in Tempe for a couple of years from 2013-2015 and thought it was a cool town because you wasn't too far from everything and the ease of access to the hwy. If ever thought about moving back I would move to south Tempe.

Grew up on Long Island, NY. Tempe is cool because there’s diversity, food, culture, jobs everywhere & everything is close by! I highly recommend Tempe if you want to move to AZ! I spent 2 years in West Phoenix, around Glendale, been in Tempe for 5 years, it’s DEFINITELY BETTER!!!!

When to ASU on GI bill in late 70’s. Tuition started at $225/semester to about $500 in ‘82. I thought $500/semester outrageous!😂. Nowadays it’s just too expensive for most people.

Always for those who want to be Entrepreneurs. Fill a need, believe God and you will be successful. It is not hopeless. I come from a family full of Entrepreneurs and they are very successful. Also trade schools are a great way to get a skill and get your Entrepreneur life started
They say the same thing too us here in Vegas. We don't have no grass we don't have enough water. They don't even know we are good. Az, Nevada, Caliber share the same water but you guys in Az don't use a lot of water.

College debt is the highest debt in this country.. you yourself have stated many times tht you've always been an entrepreneur and YOURE ON SOCIAL MEDIA MAN!! The younger generation is changing the way we "job" Education is important and can be obtained without acquiring on insurmountable debt. Trades will become really big. Still love the AZ content ❤

Super please shed some light on race and racial issues in Arizona. It seems like the reviews feedback is always the state is racist closed minded but haven’t seen any indication of that from watching your videos and other creators content wish there was a more in-depth videos discussing race & minority in Arizona.

It's cool in the Phoenix area. There a little pockets of "hoods" but there ain't many blacks here as opposed to other cities. I will say a majority of the ones here are doing really well. At least the one's I've met. Racism is everywhere but you don't always have to have your guard up here.

What is housing like for seniors 55 an over on fixed income section 8 housing
That house is barely worth $70k. My mother's house in another state is worth $70k.
Here in Phoenix well I know Scottsdale you aren't gonna touch a house for almost a million or more. It is insane. Even older homes, are insane. But I would almost want an older home. They throw most them together. It is absolutely the craziest thing I have seen.

It's all about Location. That same house would probably cost around $650K in Colorado Springs if you're lucky, and 65K down south in Jackson Mississippi and 45k in Pine Bluff Arkansas.
