Is there any way to set the back button to permanently lock when it says “The door has been closed” My toddlers are constantly pressing the button and once in a while it will be on “The door is alway open” (Unlocked) when i want it to be locked. I misplaced the manual

@@marelyaragon791 you can open it by the app, or telling your Alexa "alexa open my door" if you have linked to it., you have to save the security key outside your room of course if you get any issue that doesn't let you handly the lock automatically

What if battery is low batt?

It will blink red and vibrate when battery is low. Then you can re charge the battery with a power bank ...you can also use the key to open it. I have yet to figure out how to tell when it is fully charged im trying tonight ...ive had this door know for 1 week now and we all love it. I have it on every bedroom door in my house.
