Alan Wake makes it easily in my top 10 games of this generation. Loved every minute of it. Atmosphere is second to none. I cried tears of joy when it was announced for PC, my life was complete.

@peterman0777 Some corrections(albeit your comment is kinda old): Petri Alanko didn't compose soundtrack for the Max Paynes (acording to wikipedia), the actors for the Bright Falls were North American with the exeption of Alan Wake as he was played by a Finnish guy (same as game). All the voice actors in the game were North American. Lastly Poets of the Fall wrote Late Goodbye from Sam Lake's poem, the same as "War". Finlad rules with 30cm of snow outside right now ;)

your statement would be correct about 4 years ago. Now a good multi plat studio can do equal ps3/xbox quality. Only shitty devs are too lazy to optimize for multiple consoles.
