SO... funny thing. In my research for Hydrapple the Pokemon, I saw the term "syrpent" and was brought back to this game. There's now a Pinata AND a Pokemon in common.
Same, I wish they made Viva Pinata 3, and only on the PC, as the console hardware limits on animals and objects in your garden are very painful. You can play Trouble in Paradise on PC with a Xenia emulator like me, if you look up a guide on RUclips. Takes 5 minutes to download the emulator and the viva pinata file, and works out of the box!

Can't remember what it's called, but it's something to keep an eye out for, since Microsoft won't let Rare make a proper Viva Pinata game again.
Giraffes *do* make sounds though which is incredibly confusing; They moo like cows and make cow-like noises, they just don't do it too often which is why the common misconception is that they don't make sounds. Same can be said for rabbits and hedgehogs, they make them but they're usually so high pitched and infrequent that you never hear it.
This is a really good video! I was pleasantly surprised with the depth you go into for each Piñata, honestly one of the best videos I’ve ever seen covering this game.

If they ever brought back the franchise (a pipe dream i know) id love to see them come back I will say though I'm pretty sure that the Juicygoose is a specific reference to the Juicy Juice brand of fruit juice
Another tip for the sarahorilla that I found out years ago when I played the game is that you can store the eggs in the storage thing and it’s stays an egg
i am in a mood to play viva pinata again. honestly i would love if pokemon attempted their own version of it (but not the main team). maybe rework the other biomes to be like safari zones and able to feed and possible catch pokemon and let them loose in your farm. the safari mons would still need the right requirements to stay on the farm. instead of sours we could have shadow pokemon. we could also have fossils to bring back the fossil pokemon. pokemon sleep also linked berrys to certain pokemon types which could be treated as the flowers, berrys, and trees.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but once a baby bonboon hatches from it's egg, you can keep it in 'stasis' with a crate, and it counts. - Grab a crate - Select Baby, should have a crate icon over the head - Return to garden without sending - Perm baby (until released from stasis)

I think the Fudgehog/Parmadillo thing is based on the Just So Story The Beginning of Armadillo(how a hedgehog and tortoise became the first armadillos).
Idk if you know this, but after getting the family award, yknow where after you get a certain amount of pinatas to count as a full house. You can actually ban a pinata species after doing that reward on the ban board you see, which would have made your struggles a lot easier than what you wnet through.

Quick question for the Fudgehog in Trouble In Paradise. How do you get the pile of leafs in your Garden? I’m trying to get the Fudgehog to be a resident but I don’t see the leafs on the store even though I’m at garden level 41. If you guys know how to get it, let me know asap. Never mind, I just wasn’t looking hard enough
@@jakemolinaro0406 it’s definitely a thing you buy from Costalot. I think you should have unlocked it earlier, I DON’T think it’s random what you unlock in the store every level. The seeds I unlocked were pretty random, I didn’t get some easy plants until much later, but Costalot’s items should be set. Check again, it’s a brown pile of leaves
Ik this is an old video, but for anyone struggling with the sasparilla you can have the baby bonboon hatch then Put it in a crate and send it to urself. Then you wait till one shows up and get the baby back out. It won’t grow up right away, so it gives the sasparilla some time to at least come in
This is the first time I heard that you can just use matching bones for the Chocodocus. I'll definetely try that if I get my hands on TIP, the mismatched hybrid weirdos just don't really do it for me (even if they're less bad than most hybrid dinosaur creatures)

Thank you! As far as I’m concerned, the Twingersnap house is Mesoamerican, the Syrupent house might be as well, but the Fourheads house is based on the Hydra from Ancient Greek mythology, hence why it has ancient european swords, jugs, money around it.
