I've been thinking about putting dinos in the aviary for challenge mode especially carnotaurs as the are a f@cking nightmare when a fence is bust :) at 04:13 you show a handy dandy tool tip. Is it only the (peaceful) tames who don't injure others or do they still fight and injure others. I'm asking because you can tranq a dino in an aviary manualy by drone and even transport it to the med facility. The problem is once its been healed it can't be returned to the aviary the rest of its group are in. So obviously ankys and trikes couldn't live in said enclosure together from injuring each other but I'm guessing trike corythy archaeo could all cohabit nicely and not bash each others brains in. Also can you confirm dominance fights no longer cause injuries if that's the case aviary carnivores will be viable but if not then the idea is completely dead in the water! The main reason im trying to make this work is multiple aviaries equals multiple quetzles for that last appeal push to 5 star on challenge mode :) i can confirm 5 dimorphodons can live in a single aviary module same with johlepterus whatever they are called thats 4 quetzles minimum for end game appeal unfortunately broken aviaries equal flier escapes not so for normal dinos though currently working on the minimum aviary module for each!

Hearing "DLC" be used in such a context really rubs me wrong. First of all, it's not really "downloadable"when it's already part of the installed game, you just pay for the access key to your own files on your system lol (but at least in theHunter's case, it's mostly because of the possibility of requiring it for multiplayer games), secondly nowhere in the initialism D.L.C. is the word "paid", so it being something you pay for is literally not what DLC means, it's just something we've sadly come to get used to. With gigachad expansions sadly going the way of the dodo.

before getting a bloodhound i lost 50% or maybe more of my kills because i sucked at tracking. my bloodhound finds the kill almost everytime and super fast. i know it costs money irl to get one but truly worth it (+ you get a dog!)

Great video. I love the humour! I haven't played COTW for a long time. My son started playing it, so I installed it again and thought I would get a refresher course. If I remember correctly, I think the guns have an optimal range to kill. I took a shot at a Buffalo with my 7mm rifle around 300m, and it wasn't good, the animal lived. That was before I watched this video the shot wasn't a vital hit 😂. So I wasted time tracking with my Blood hound. On the way back to the outpost, I came across another 3 Buffalo. I got within 150m and took my shots, the animals died quickly. Hunting with others is also fun.

Insane, soon as i started there was a deer in front of me. I shot it and it wasn't a vital organ of course. Tracked and tracked, never found it either. Glad to know it just isn't me looking for animals that I never found.

Bloodhound are nice for tracking and driving a atv, also tracking 2 animals at the same time. I just started playing this game on xbox after a few years, played it on pc before and you could kill animals up to 600-700m so the backpack was nice then.
