    I have been doing your workouts for about 3 months . In the beginning, I couldn’t get passed 10 minutes . Now, I am able to finish the whole 40-60 minutes workout. My abs, shoulder, and thigh muscles are looking right! I appreciate you!

    Two thumbs up ! The whole body is working, the pace is good and the duration of the exercises and breaks perfect. I adapted it to my arthrosic knees and to my age (i am 75) and did it all

    I have to honest here and say that these types workouts are my favs! My body responds really well to this weighted cardio fashion of exercise. Fat loss without compromising muscle composition and I feel amazing!!!

      I totally agree with you! I stared my exercise journey a couple months back and kinda just pieces workouts together, and kept hearing you need to lose weight by building muscle not cardio, but then I cane across Penny and the rest is history, best of both worlds

    I underestimated holding a weight over my head and doing squats. I was only holding a 10 lb dumbbell and it was a challenge. I wish I had some heavier weights for the bent over row and curl. I need to invest in some 15 lbs. I do love your channel through this quarantine. I had been using a HITT book I bought a year ago, but wanted to start working in weights so your channel is perfect!

    Circuit 3 was my favourite.
    This is by far the most challenging workout. Definitely going to make this one a goal to complete without modification 💪

    It's getting warmer here in Toronto so I was sweating hard doing this workout!! It's harder to motivate myself during hotter + more humid temperatures but your quick and efficient workouts will help me press play! Thank you Penny!

    Penny AWESOME workout 👍I kept thinking when is a circuit going to get easier yet they all were tough! Loved all your circuits! I think my fav was #2 intense and FUN!       Have you considered putting together a monthly calendar playlist of say 5 workouts per week,M-F in a sequence that's best for our fitness. This way we don't have to choose a workout each day. You have a good range to choose from but it would be great if we didn't have to figure out what to do next.

    This was great! Thank you so much. I love this kind of style of training. I love these challenging workouts, I can't find anyone else on youtube who makes them this hard (yet do-able!) haha. I only had 7kg Dumbbells and they are rounded so made the plank rows extra hard! Thanks again :)

    Hi Penny! My favorite was the third and fourth. For the fourth, I had to modify the lateral overhead squats into overheaad curtsy lunges. For some reason, I felt like my core was misaligned in the squat and it just wasn't right. It is a hard move for me apparently! I really like the structure of this workout, as well. I like repeats bc that first set, I gauge whether the weight is good or not and adjust the next set and on the third, kick butt. So thanks for posting these as well as the no repeats for those that favor those over this. It's hard to keep everyone happy but you do a really great job. ☺ Oh and you know what is crazy, my Apple Watch said 409 cals burned in this workout. That's alot for me!

    First 40 min video done ✅ loved the last circuit had my shoulders on 🔥🔥🔥 Any tips on how to not have your hands hurt some much when putting your body weight onto the dumbbells or just something I’ll have to get used to??

      Sometimes I release my grip in certain positions because my hands get really sore too. When I do a Burpee move with dumbbells, I’ll kind of release in the bottom and sometimes even in some pressing moves. Also just keep checking in with yourself as your doing the workout and see how tightly your gripping. ❤️

    used 8lb weights. hardest workout ive done in quarantine so far. too good lol, love it.
