I underestimated holding a weight over my head and doing squats. I was only holding a 10 lb dumbbell and it was a challenge. I wish I had some heavier weights for the bent over row and curl. I need to invest in some 15 lbs. I do love your channel through this quarantine. I had been using a HITT book I bought a year ago, but wanted to start working in weights so your channel is perfect!

Penny AWESOME workout 👍I kept thinking when is a circuit going to get easier yet they all were tough! Loved all your circuits! I think my fav was #2 intense and FUN! Great workout. I like that most of the exercises were multi functional, kept it interesting and efficient. Thanks for the modifications. I had to use some of them but still very intense. Well done again.
Have you considered putting together a monthly calendar playlist of say 5 workouts per week,M-F in a sequence that's best for our fitness. This way we don't have to choose a workout each day. You have a good range to choose from but it would be great if we didn't have to figure out what to do next.

Hi Penny! My favorite was the third and fourth. For the fourth, I had to modify the lateral overhead squats into overheaad curtsy lunges. For some reason, I felt like my core was misaligned in the squat and it just wasn't right. It is a hard move for me apparently! I really like the structure of this workout, as well. I like repeats bc that first set, I gauge whether the weight is good or not and adjust the next set and on the third, kick butt. So thanks for posting these as well as the no repeats for those that favor those over this. It's hard to keep everyone happy but you do a really great job. ☺ Oh and you know what is crazy, my Apple Watch said 409 cals burned in this workout. That's alot for me!
I'm totally sweating and feel so good! That was such a good workout! I loved the 3rd circuit the most. I loved all those exercises and the squats where you only come half way up are killer!!! 🔥 Thank you!

First 40 min video done ✅ loved the last circuit had my shoulders on 🔥🔥🔥 Any tips on how to not have your hands hurt some much when putting your body weight onto the dumbbells or just something I’ll have to get used to??
Sometimes I release my grip in certain positions because my hands get really sore too. When I do a Burpee move with dumbbells, I’ll kind of release in the bottom and sometimes even in some pressing moves. Also just keep checking in with yourself as your doing the workout and see how tightly your gripping. ❤️
