Really great workouts. Not annoying in the least. She's great! Enough change along with plenty of consistency with the workout. She's trying to kill me, BUT feel so good afterwards! Highly recommend her workouts!

Another great workout! I love the long sequence in set 1 where you do all exercises one time through then repeat, the time really flies by! Always a good sweat and thoughtfully planned compound moves. Your doggie is adorable trotting on the mat waiting for pets, mine does the same!

Thursday morning workout DONE!!! Loved the format of this one. Strength circuit allowed me to really slow down and work my muscles. Then knowing the cardio was coming at the end I could really go high intensity and give the last circuit my all. KEEP IT UP

After a long recovery from covid, the doctor recommended exercises for me (in fact, I have to lose weight because I am overweight and have very high cholesterol). I did like the first part better I feel 4 rounds in the second part was a bit repetitive ( I think 3 would have been good)
