Am I ever glad to be back, My family and I all were battling a bad flu (thankfully it was not the COVID19) After a couple of weeks recovery, I am back and motivated! Love the no repeat workout, if this didn't torch my fat, it defintely torched something in my body because I am already sore :) Thanks Penny!
Wow! Another great workout!! Absolutely love the no repeat workouts...learning new moves too. The cross over stiff leg deadlift move, liked that; and there was an ab move in the first circuit, straight arm up to straight leg...tough, and I had to bend my arms laying them behind me, but I’ll work at straightening them out. Thanks Penny!!

Love these 30 mins no repeat workouts. Due to the covid19, I haven't been to the gym for 3 months and your work outs get me moving again! Found some of the moves tough but will keep trying!
I loved it!!! perfect warmup and cool down too! That was rough! My favs were def the cross body deadlifts and the in and out kb swings and the alternating flutter kicks w/ the cross over DB...I can't remember what you called it. It was just great from start to finish.Thanks so much!

Oh, my favourite move was the DB snatch to lunge. I hope I can improve on my pushups to be able to effectively hit does pushup moves. I modify as needed though
Great workout !! I’m 32yo, workout daily, 240 active calories, 295 total ave hr 140. Great full body that didn’t leave me dead but certainly felt like a great workout!
Another good one Penny. I did have to modify some moves because my body just didn't like them but still a good workout. Just a comment about the Ads in this one. Usually they are at the beginning and sometimes during a rest period, which is so fine because you are providing these great workouts for free. I do let some of them run through their entirety as I assume thats best for you. However, in this workout not only were they at the beginning and during rest periods but a couple times just before starting a new move during your demo of it. I have not seen that before with your workouts so I thought I should point it out to you. No worries but seemed odd.

what about medicine ball, Penny? I derive immense satisfaction when throwing MB to the ground- slam! Push ups with one hand on the ball is SUPERRRRR challenging too.
This workout had me wishing I hadn't put that saurkraut on that hot dog and I didn't need the mustard on that knish even if it was 4 hours ago by ten minutes in I was tasting it again. Great fun, a good challenge, liked all the burpee variations even with the lunch repeat
I like repeats because I live here in a ranch and my signal is crap so no wifi available to be put here so I rely on my phone lol. And I have to sometimes get close to see what excersise is next and I get the idea so I don't have to look again😌

I have a question, no matter what I do I have trouble getting my inner thighs toned. What would you recommend to tone up and stop the chub rub?
Lunges and all their variations. Lots of single leg moves, like single leg deadlifts and some Abduction work with bands.
