Penny it was super dynamic and intense. I loved it! No repeat with weights are my favorite!!! I love exercises where you combine legs and weight at the same time!
I was hoping for such a workout! No repeats are my favourite (I guess everyone's, too) and this is perfect for me. Keeps the intensity high and allows me to keep a good form since it's only 20 seconds per move.
The best workout I have done in a long while! The variety of the moves with a No Repeat format is undefeated. You’re an amazing instructor to follow as well, you give your all with every move. Looking forward to the next one!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
🙅🏼♀️ I love the no repeat workouts!!! I seem to be able to push myself harder. I liked the tabata style no repeat. It was something different to do. I workout with your videos daily. I started my weight loss about a year and a half ago with dieting then I couldn’t stick with it so I started working out about 8 months ago. Started doing HIIT myself and then found you a month or two after. You’ve made a huge difference for me. I’ve had three kids and I wanted to get to the point of loving my new body again. Thank you for these videos. I am a Nurse and so this week was a very long and exhausting one; this workout gave me a good sweat and detoxed my hectic week. Thank you again Penny!! Hope you get your 40K subscribers. You deserve it! I recommend you to EVERYONE!!

Thanks to your channel, I found excellent exercises that have had a great impact on my body with good results. I already endure the exercises more and I am getting stronger and stronger. however I would like exercises without weights, from those videos that last almost an hour. thanks Penny for sharing your routines 💪💪🇵🇪🇦🇺
I love tabata, I love weighted tabata, and I love no repeats, so this was just perfect. I generally don’t repeat workouts because there are so many out there, but this is a definite keeper. Congratulations 🎊🎈🍾 on reaching 40,000 subscribers. You truly deserve it and more.🙅♀️
How cute is your dog and has such perfect timing :) :). I absolutely love your no repeat workouts with the 40-50 min work period. I loved this too, however I think atleast 2-3 rounds in the tabata style fatigues me more simply because i get a better hang of the exercise in the 2nd round. Just my thought.
Great workout. The modifications in particular are useful to me. Is it possible to leave modifications in corner of screen for longer or even throughout workout?

This was brutal but in a good way! Went by really quickly! Had to pause a couple of times because I couldn't set fast enough for the next exercise in the 10 seconds, but i managed. Thanks, Penny! 💕

Absolutely agree! This is fun workout but Tabata done of 4 or more sets is definitely more challenging 😅
