Really enjoy your lower body workouts I definitely feel it the next day and I like how you through some cardio in there so it actually feels like I did a workout. Other leg workouts I’ve done barely break a sweat. Also please keep using the hiiit bands I feel like not a lot of trainers incorporate them in their workouts and they are an amazing tool to use. My favorite person to follow for workouts during quarantine!!! FINALLY !!!! Found someone who gets it 💪🏻!!!! Started with your full body workouts and this is my 4th video and I can’t wait to do it tonight. I’m a professional body builder and I love that these workouts are long and non stop with minimal rest. My clothes are drenched in sweat and not only am I getting in a good lift with weights but also a great cardio sesh without being on a boring bike or stair master! (

OH MY GOD PENNY! I used to burn 200 calories every 30min, with the resistance band (8.3kg = 18.3 ibs) it became 300 in 30min, so by end of the video i burnt 600 calories! EPIC WORKOUT, HALF OF MY LIKED VIDEOS ARE FROM YOUR CHANNEL COZ UR THAT AWESOME!!!

I loved it. Are you planning on doing a 15 or 20 minute workout with bands? Also, I wanted to thank you for you awesome workouts. I am not ready to go into gyms yet and you have been my salvation. I really appreciate the intensity of your workouts. With kids long workouts are a bit hard but I love your 30 minute and 15 minute workouts.
How is my whole body sweating? LOL Awesome leg workout! Couldn't use the band the whole time, it fell off during some of the moves, but that totally was fine because the dumbbells still rocked my legs! Love it! Thank you!
