    You are absolutely my favorite person to workout with, and the only person that I’ll workout to. I love that you talk through the whole workout, tell us the weights you’re using and queue us on the correct form.

    5/18/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this May Day Calendar Madness, can I just say I was sluggish? For some odd reason not feeling it, but I hit play and did it! Used 25 BD's for the sumo and DL's, so I felt accomplished there! Thank you so much for always keeping us on point chica! And... "Oh La La!" legs for days, LOL! 🦵💪💋

    Oh man! BUNS OF STEEL! hahaha but so true! I think the fire hydrants were the toughest exercise in this workout! It took all of my mental energy and physical strength! AWESOME!

    Ohh my! This workout took me to another level. Even after stretching my legs couldn’t seem to go. It was so intense. I worked out in the morning, and you bet I will be going to bed early today!

    Oooft that last leg exercise, cramping in the bum cheeks then I could barely lift my legs 🥴, had to do modification in the end , but great workout thank you ❤

    My heaviest dumbbells are 10 lbs, is that good enough for these? I mean I was using my 8 lb ones for this workout and I feel the burn

    I am still recovering from this leg workout. But best workout ever. 3 sets definitely pushed my legs😅🦵🏽💪🏽👏🏽
