    Thank you Sally. I have seen and done this with just flat pieces, one on top of the other, but using scraps like this takes it to another level, fabulous project! 💖💖💖

    Absolutely beautiful! I love this technique! I love how the black contrasts against the bright colours! I have subscribed promptly and will keep an eye out for more of your videos!     Hi Sally! what needle type and size including presser foot did you use to sew your work? I would like to try this manipulation myself :)

      Hi there! Yes I used a presser foot (1) reverse pattern sole with a universal needle size 80. Hope this helps and DM me a pic of your work to my instagram 🙂

      Hi Nancy yes flat panels may be best (a bodice or something) as the material becomes quite bulky...
