    I seem to remember similar instructions that were referred to as chenille. Diy of course. It's been many years since seeing such instructions.
    I agree with others that it is very intriguing.
    How would one incorporate this technique into a garment? Any suggestions would be appreciated
    It's really beautiful! I have a buttload of scraps including lace and silk.
