i love fabric manipulation. Made a suede purse with that system and it was hard work but loved the results. This is beautiful. Any ideas for a bra strap cover over a bare shoulder in white organza, as to length from shoulder down front of blouse, length and width? Maybe flowers or a gathered pattern?
Hi, here I use the embroidery hoop as a guide to measuring the fabric which is approx 30cm, the same hoop is used throughout so by the end the furrowed fabric has decreased to approximately 20cm. This all depends on how you sew the trails you create which is why I didn't use and exact measurements, if the trails are sewn with a close stitch or much more pattern is added while stitching, it will completely alter the final effect of the furrowed texture and size of the sample. I hope this helps 😊

Hi, I think it will alter the texture but it would depend on the fabric and the thickness of the fabric too I have some other videos where I have used a variety of materials with this technique.. Furrowing with cotton.. ruclips.net/video/LTUv5JeW64M/видео.html Woven Jacquard Fabric... ruclips.net/video/TYUolHL-yWw/видео.html
First time seeing this technique. Love it. Thanks for sharing.

How much extra measurement should we add to the actual measurements in the fabric for furrowing effect?
