I so hope there's a book!! Very unusual work. I particularly liked the vessels with a snippet of colour. Lovely lady who clearly is passionate about her work. Thank you for the video.

Thank you Vanessa, she's an amazing lady. I spoke to her recently and yes, there is a book currently being written about her work. Marian also had an exhibition brochure that she might still have copies of - worth and enquiry :) - marianjazmik.co.uk/contact/

Fantastic work Marian, love it and really taken back by your invention and focus; your work is truely unique, not a term I use often, good luck with it all for the future. I have recently retired from teaching textiles too, and like you, love the freedom and new discoveries from concentrating on your own work at last.

Thank you for a fascinating interview with Marian, her work is amazing. Our textile art group were lucky to have her come to do a workshop a few years ago and she is such a genuinely lovely lady. Well she is from North West England 😀

Me again! How does she apply heat? Is it with a heat gun?

    • @ArnoldsAttic

Hi Vanessa, I would have thought it was a heat gun. Marian wrote a 'step by step workshop' for WOW Book 2 wowbook.d4daisy.com/all-wowbooks/june-2018/ :) Katie x
