When you moved around the room, that worked, though will require more planning as you will have to plan what you are going to say in each camera location. You could just use multiple cameras and switch shots during editing. More work, but maybe less planning. I agree on the script front. I have made highly scripted videos, but that's where I am doing a complete voiceover to the whole video. I occasionally use a script starter to make sure I say a few key points. Quite often, if I go too badly off track, I just stop recording and start that segment again. I think use whatever works for you. Thanks 👍 😀

Keep grinding bro! You got this content game. I found for me just creating every day is helping me find my style of content(vlogs) I want to do. Some days will be different because I want to try different things some things.
