    This seems like a seated version of I's, Y's and T's! Excellent stuff. These can be done with a resistance band too if you like a challenge or want to build strength and/or endurance in those rear muscles.

    Thank you so much. I woke up one morning with a sore shoulder and then both shoulders became a problem. I went to the chiropractor thinking that would help. Not so much. He gave me one simple movement to do but it wasn't enough. I appreciate what you are doing.

    Just recently my shoulders have started to hurt and wake me up at night. Been doing pec flies, overhead presses etc with weights but this has pointed out a weakness I missed Thanks again 😊

    I had rotator cuff surgery 3 years ago to repair 5 large tears in the cuff. That shoulder has been tight since then. I constantly find that shoulder lifted up and have to mentally force myself to move it down. Thanks for the information, I have subscribed.

    I really appreciated these. My right shoulder is stiff and hurts after I do my hand weights. I believe I am also weak in my forearms.

    Niiice, my left shoulder has been bugging me and when I did these movements I saw a big discrepancy in my external rotation. Not sure why my left is so tight, but I am going to start working on it.

    So good, and so simple, thank you! I've been recovering from a frozen shoulder for longer than I care to admit, and this first exercise is going to really help me build back my strength. And if I understand correctly, we shouldn't do the second or third exercises until we can bring our hands back in line with our body in the first exercise right? Thanks again! I subscribed!

      This movement does stretch the pecs. Guess you could do extra stretching if you want, but if you only had time for one move to do, I believe you’d get better results with this exercise which stretches as it strengthens.

    My shoulders have sharp pain when I do these exercises. I also have sharp pains and they feel like they are locking up. I’ve had bursitis in the past so I think I have it now as well and that’s the cause. Will these exercises help that!

    Great video. I find the advanced version the easiest and the other 2 much harder. Does this mean anything? I have had a partially torn supraspinatus in my right shoulder for the last 8 years. It has never fully healed and is still painful at times. I have noticed that shoulder is very weak these days if I try and press anything overhead.

    Uups! Cannot do the third one. The pain I have is in left shoulder /arm from push ups, done to quick about 5 month ago.
    It occurs only in certain positions, with this exercise it comes up pretty hard...
    So I try with 1 and 2 only..

    • @lynnettebrown9808
      @lynnettebrown9808 Месяц назад

      I have been told that exercises are good for arthritis and I find it to be true. I recommend you be gentle with the movement, find your maximum range of motion then do a little less to let your strength grow. If it hurts do less again, pain does not help. You may find every other day works to start with.
