Great vid dude! Puts everything in perspective better than I could do or was planning on doing. I had plans to make vid for meself on this game(something I wouldn't normally bother with until I was inspired by a friend of mine), this doesn't change too much of how I feel about the game but it does add more context for where all the issues lie in among the good we did get and are getting soon here.

They don't need to change lot of things to make New modes , like a Time limit instead of a wumpa goal or make the zap Trap permanent . They Can even do like the forge in overwatch , people creates their own modes and the more popular gets added. But i think what they Can Do easily is to make limited modes with unique rewards and add it to the game later without the unique rewards
Game definitely needs more modes. I'm getting tired of facing Dingo and N Brio Duos supported with N Tropy along with the fridge. So annoying to face off against. Everything else is fine but it definitely feels like this was developed in only a year. It should've launched with atleast 2 other modes. Also not sure why they are making the new limited mode available for 4 days. Atleast make it last the full week. Although i'm not a huge fan of this game I have some hope Toys For Bob can improve it later down the line. Comparing this games roadmap to Nitro Fueled is dwindling that hope. Last complaint is why have N Gin unlock near the end of the season. At that point most people are gonna have their attentions focused on the next batch of characters.
You made a lot of excellent points. Most of my sentiments are also shared though I think I’m a little more forgiving consider I see the battle pass model used in other multiplayer games.
I won't be surprised when Rumble haphazardly throws itself out there as Free to Play in an effort to get the players they need because their already existing player base dwindles with how long it takes and with how small the updates are.
For me this game reeks of something that should have been free to play or a side mode of a full single player adventure. I just don't understand the price
9k points to a level and (on average) 1300XP a match means roughly and hour to go up a level. With it being about 3 months a season it’s roughly 1.5hours play a day to complete the battle pass which I don’t think is too bad compared to some others.
i agree with u on this one. i was on fence for this game but i bite the bullet after beta. i love the game sadly i cant get any of my friends to play it and im not much for online games. so playing it "alot" for me is hard sale i also feel like that actvision just doing their normal thing of not fullying supporting the game. beenox and toys for bob do a great job but i feel like with actvision at helm they wont advertise much i think i saw 1 add for this game since it droped and seems the player base is being hit. i did see that another video ws think a free to play model would suit it better and i cant fully disagree with that take.
I feel like this game has the same problem that Mario Strikers Battle League has. The game has good visuals, good music and thr gameplay is fun but there isn't much to do and it gets very repetative quickly.
This game should've just been a brand new party game. I don't think we should've gotten a Crash Bash remake, but I did want a new party game at the very least. The whole collecting wumpa fruit and bringing it back to your team's bank isn't going to have a lot of people interested. I guess I'll just wait for Crash 5 and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled 2.
I’ve played for 15 hours and I’m a quarter of the way through the battle pass at level 27. So it’ll take me at least 60 hours of playtime assuming I keep levelling up at the same rate.
They probably bought pass levels, as that is standard for passes? It is a slow chore to keep you away from other games and encourage you to spend money to complete what you aren't going to be able to.
When I saw the launch I was like... I had strange feelings... where is everything we saw in the trailer, where are the informations about the season... why is everything taking so long since the season has already started... When I saw what awaits us in season 1 and how they divided the characters, so now I'm very skeptical about this game...
I would have bought the game long ago but thinking of the 10€ makes me not want to buy lol Especially since this would be my only game that I play online on PS But you can try ps plus for two weeks free
Isn't that the same for Xbox and Switch for online games with a battle pass? You need to be online. Since this is entirely PvP there is no offline features.

The only thing that truly makes me hate the game is that on playstation, you have to pay 10€ monthly to play online
You can just get the yearly subscription which is cheaper than paying $10 each month.
