Don't throw away that bacon grease--it is liquid gold! I love the AF because it collects it all so nicely and you can just pour it into a jar, then cover and refrigerate. It adds so much flavor to corn chowder, beans, and so many other things. You only need a little bit.

    Dear funny Cathy
    I do enjoy your channel.
About 4 months ago I bought a cheap air fryer. I’m 72 and on a fixed budget. Your copes are great and I can afford most of them. About a month ago I pulled out that new fryer and I started watching your channel. I have become a great cook. I could never cook before hamburger patties and baked potatoes. That was it. That’s what my big meal now I cook steak and I cook pork chops I I cook the pork loin and tonight I made brownies remembering things you said I used the muffin pan but didn’t put anything in the middle and I use the silicone cups that came with my air fryer essentials. I made this without looking up a recipe for them by just watching and listening to you, knowing that to cut the time down and they cut the temperature down and they came out perfect so thank you for making me a good cook, and I hope God blesses you because you are the funniest in the most sincere, and the most informative person I know thank you

Thank you for your lifesaving channel .. I don't have tine to cook so got an airfryer and your channel is helping me immensely .. I have a suggestion.. I used to crack eggs on an edge like you guys but found that cracking them on a flat surface is actually better .. you do not have to be so gentle and also get less bits of shell to deal with.
    Keep up the great work

I enjoyed watching your utube on air frying cooking meals plus deserts. I also love watching your children trying each recipe you make and they rate them from 1-5 stars. You are really easy to learn from and I love watching you!! My husband passed away June 1st so I need to be able to cook in a shorter time than when I was younger and I was the main cook in the kitchen. My husband was the main cook since 2007. He was a great cook so I let him do all the cooking until he became ill the last 6 months of his life. I need to cook for myself because I am not supposed to eat processed foods. I want to thank you for being an excellent teacher on the airfryer. I most certainly will follow you and also purchase some of your must haves for the airfryer. Finally I will check out your cookbook which there have been good reviews on. God Bless you and your family!😊❤

One thing I love about my first air fryer (got it yesterday) is that 400F = 200C meaning it's real easy to use American recipes. So many good recipes here that I want to try out. The teriyaki beef and broccoli. I would name more but I forgot names. I'm going to try atleast 2 of these. I'm a big fan of broccoli, bell peppers, onion, and mushrooms so I plan to use these as well as other veg that's in the recipes.

You provide a lot of great ideas. In the fold-over Quesadillas I would suggest that you put the ground beef on the sour cream so that goo would hold the ground beef better and perhaps put more cheese on the last fold to further glue it together.
I looked at buying your cookbook on Amazon. Then I realized that since I'm diabetic, many of the sauces you make (which look so good) I couldn't use so I'm getting a diabetic air fryer cookbook instead.
When you are demonstrating recipes, which you do well, mentioning substitute ingredients, such as "low carb tortillas" as in the Quesadilla recipe, (that is otherwise diabetic friendly) would be helpful for many who are watching. I do believe you mentioned cauliflower "rice" in one recipe so I get the idea that you are healthy ingredient savvy.
Thanks for all of the wonderful ideas and examples, and especially for having your children be taste testers. When your little daughter gives a recipe 4 stars, I'm sure I'd give it a five!

I used your Parmesan crusted salmon recipe for a full half of a salmon. As for your honey/garlic recipe, I made a foil sling and sprayed avocado oil on it. I coated the salmon with the ingredients, then cooked it in the air fryer. It came out DELICIOUS, and the skin didn’t stick to the foil. It was crispy and edible, along with the salmon!
    LOVE this recipe!!!
(By the way, I had to cook two separate pieces, which I cut to fit the air fryer. With a second oiled foil sling, the second cooking produced another wonderfully cooked piece of salmon!)

Yum I haven't had a meal I didn't love from your air fryer Cookbook! The fam is still hooked on your meatballs and meatloaf! The Asian Beef is a favorite too! Actually they are all outstanding ❤

Since making bacon in the air fryer, I wouldn't make it any other way. Love your cookbook.

HI, I am new to your channel and new to Air Fying. I enjoyed learning some great tips. Having your children rating the food was adorable. Well done. Thank you.

Have you upgraded your airfryer ? Is that better than the other Corsori one you use.
The reason i ask is that im looking to buy my first airfryer and i know the corsori is good but in this video you're using two different models of it. Can you recommend which is better please. Greetings from across the pond btw i love your videos

I have about four different Cosori models. The one I am liking the most is the Dual Blaze - I have it listed at AirFryerTools.com!
