@@sahpem4425 exactly! I actually typed in View finder at first but edited to view master. Me and my little brother spent hours looking through that thing, lol.
Thank you. You are always so encouraging. I have been suffering from depression for the past 8 months. We moved to a new location and I hadn’t been able to find a job. Not from not trying, I was just turned down or not offered a position. It really plays with your head when you know you would suit the position, but not offered the job. At one point I was at the stage that I thought my hubby would be better off without me. But I shut that thought down pretty quick. Well, I did just get a job, and a great one! I will be starting it soon. Your encouragement, love and positivity has made it easier to get through this trial! So, from the very bottom of my heart, thank you so very much!!❤
View Master. When I was growing up ( in the 50's & 60's) we had a projector that you put the disc in and it would project on the wall so several people could see it at the same time. Thank you for sharing 🤓 and all your hard work. You are special 💖
I LOVED my Viewmaster! Especially the Disney disc! This hotel looks like so much fun. I would definitely consider this as an option. Thanks for sharing the Viv and your positivity. The PPP family is amazing!
So glad you reviewed the Viv …. My husband and I stayed there last year when we went to Disneyland last year. We loved the Viv, I agree the staff are so friendly and helpful. We were also fans of the ART shuttle. The Viv will be our go to hotel when we go back to Disneyland. Thanks again!
I want to thank “you” so much for taking a moment in all of your videos to let people know that you are thinking about them. It really means a lot. Thank you so much! 💕
The old GAF ViewMaster, son of the old stereopticon and weird uncle of virtual reality goggles! The view of the park across the freeway had me confused for e while until you showed us the map. Looks like a neat place to stay, keeping it in mind for future trips to OC.🍊
Chris it is called a View Master, I had one it was So Cool. I like the lite brites too. Such Great Memories. Thank you For Sharing. Love your Videos and you have a Beautiful Family. Be Blessed, y'all Have Blessed Me. ❤🥰❤️🤗💯😚😊
Opened in 2020 as RADISSON BLU (hence the half-blue stormtroopers), and looks EXACTLY the same. I stayed there in Feb 2022. Oh wait, it has changed a bit: the exterior branding is less than appealing. 😆 Doesn't really reflect the glamorous & beautiful interior (in my opinion). To me, the room had the cool calmness of a spa; it was so lovely and relaxing. Wish I could afford it now. (It was cheaper when I went, as travel hadn't rebounded yet from the shutdowns.) I wish you had shown the top patio area at night, tho. Besides the view, the glass panels making up the wall around all have a glowing purple-light edge, and it makes for an incredible sight. It's really something to see!
Wow! That hotel looks AMAZING!! We live in Southern California, but were thinking about a staycation/vacation. This might be a perfect fit. Love your videos, especially the time you take to talk about self worth. It truly helps. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
I remember your other videos on this hotel and thank you for the full tour. What really catches my eye is that black ink design on the white floor by the elevators. Floor 12 of the Viv is something else and I would stay here one day.
Your videos are such a joy to watch 😊 I'm always left feeling happier after watching. Thanks for spreading positive vibes into the world. And just saying, you totally need to do a montage of Chris' "ah-haaaaaaa!"s at the end of one of your videos 😂 You're the best Chris!
1. Yes, I remember the original "scary" Grimace. Do you remember the staff wearing paper hats? The color of the hats were important, too. 2. No, I haven't been to the Disney parks since re-opening. I've been to Universal Studios. Kind of a different "flavor". The kids got older and thought Universal was more mature themed. Other parks I've been to: Knott's Berry Farm, Six Flags (various), Six Flags - Great America Gurnee, IL. And Noah's Ark in Wisconsin Dells! You need to go there! I love how "personal" your videos are. Dad jokes, watching Miles grow up, the rides "you" like (what's your deal with the Canoe guys?!), etc. Personally, I've always wanted to be one of the Jungle Boat guides. I especially like when you do an affirmation to the watcher. You got me one time as I was divorced and lost my job at same time and touched me so personally. I truly believe you mean every word in your positive messages. The positivity is worth the video time I can attest that YOU HELPED ME AND I'M ETERNALLY THANKFUL. Just knowing there's at least ONE person out there in my corner meant so much. Thank you, Chris. You are an awesome person.
That giant Viewmaster is cool….there is a company called retro viewer that makes custom reels with your own pictures on them….I order one for my wife as a gift, and she LOVED it…..nostalgia
Love your video on the Viv, however a correction you should know is that Los Angeles cannot be seen from there. What you're looking at is probably Buena Park area. Los Angeles is up the 5 freeway however more to the right up the 5 freeway which is 33 miles away from the hotel. Possibly LA county but not city.
Looks amazing! Thanks so much for the fabulous tour . I usually like to stay much closer to the parks but this is enticing......and the old toy is a viewmaster. Played with mine for years lol. Awesome video as usual PPP❤🎉😊
Great tour Chris! W always pass by this hotel when we leave Disneyland and at night you can see the rooftop bar and pool all lit up. What a view it must be for the fireworks! BTW: You new graphics you are using for your videos look sharp!
The Viv looks like a fun hotel to stay in🤗oh and I used to have that toy a LONG time ago! Lol it took me a minute to remember what it was called🤔A View Master🤗Thank you Chris and Amanda for all you do!!!🥰
This hotel looks amazing! My son would love it for the Star Wars and LEGO references. You should do a video about The Anaheim Hotel. It's not a far walk from the main entrance. We stayed there and loved it. Also, the thing the discs went in was called a ViewFinder. I used to have one when I was a kid (80s).
Great hotel…. What a view…!! Not sure about the carpet…it’s definitely different! Your right no need for scales and a shower curtain really let’s the bathroom down. Love the double sinks…. Lovely to see Milo…. Yep it’s a viewmaster….we loved them, actually you can still get them…. Great grub n go station…. Love the roof top area…and the family pool area is great… I love to use the gym especially when I’m munching lots of delicious food. Your all amazing to Chris…love you guys…I had a crab day so your little message was very much appreciated 👍🇬🇧
The viewmaster discs had two of the same pictures opposite of each other so both eyes would see the samething. The one on the wall you would see two different things.
G.A.F. View Master to big specific. Showed 3D slides. Came 3 Discs to a pack. The were slide projectors and screens also. Although they weren’t 3D. Disney had their own of both. Best to be had was Disneyland/ Disney World Parks sold with each land to a pack.
I loved those when I was a kid! I think maybe they were like $3 and $1 per 3-pack of slide wheels. But now I can get an Apple Vision Pro for $3,500!😂 (Actually if I had the money, I would be first in line for one of those!)
I had a View Master and I also had a View Master projector as a kid. If you used the handheld viewer, a lot of the discs had stereoscopic photos that gave you the illusion of seeing everything in 3D.
It was called a ViewMaster but they didn't really make the thing accurately. There should be matching pairs of images because you had an image for each eye to make it look 3d. Also the images should all be landscape.
Great Video ! Shout out to the editors for helping create this video just cut back on all those pop ups in every scene as it was kind of excessive. Other than that lots of fun and informative 🎉👍😊
This looks to be a great hotel, and being it’s a Marriott property, for me being a Bonvoy member, I can use membership points. And the rates are a bit better than DIsney (the PIxar hotel at least). But there is one negative… A big one: Why oh why do these hotels insist on using barn doors for the bathroom that never fully close and basically let everyone know what you are doing in there! The other is why for a room that could sleep 4-6 there is not a separated area for the toilet and bath tub? A double sink is great, but useless if some else is using the facilities!
The toy is called a viewmaster
❤❤ yep
We called it a view finder. Is that just the noun (versus brand name)?
@@sahpem4425 exactly! I actually typed in View finder at first but edited to view master. Me and my little brother spent hours looking through that thing, lol.
We’ve come a long way 😂
It also gives you a 3-D picture like the old stereo viewers from the late 19th to early 20th centuries.
Thank you. You are always so encouraging. I have been suffering from depression for the past 8 months. We moved to a new location and I hadn’t been able to find a job. View Masters are the best...I loved the 3-D effect with the disks. Thanks Chris and Amanda...you guys rock.
Love the video. I did notice a difference in your editing style, love it.
I LOVED my Viewmaster! Especially the Disney disc! This hotel looks like so much fun. I would definitely consider this as an option. Thanks for sharing the Viv and your positivity. The PPP family is amazing!
I remember View-Masters. I had Disney and Rainbow Brite disks when I was a kid.
Viewmaster, just like you Chris-you’re the DisneyMaster!! LOL 💚💙
Love this!! 💚💙
View Master is the toy that you were thinking about... and the pictures were in 3D!
I want to thank “you” so much for taking a moment in all of your videos to let people know that you are thinking about them. It really means a lot. Thank you so much! 💕
You are so welcome!
View master! I loved mine when I was little 😊
Classic
The View master I had one and I loved the discs with pictures of Disneyland. Yes, you could get them at Disneyland.
Amazing view, Disneyland and Knott’s 😍
Hey Chris your awesome because you lift us up every time with a great Disney joke!!❤
You're the best!

That is a Viewmaster Slide that goes in the viewmaster.
Steve = best bus driver everrrr!!!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks!!!
I’m for any content that supports you, your family and this channel. This looks like a fun hotel and you did it proud.
I love your colorful new graphic tags like Rooftop Bar! 👏
Glad you like them!

7:55 ViewMaster! We have one in the cue of Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin in Florida. 😂
I still have a view master with some Disneyland reels. It’s amazing how simple it was to entertain ourselves in the past. No high tech required. 👍🏾

The view masters were very cool!
Viewmasters were great. We even had a Viewmaster projector.
Viewmaster. I remember having one as a kid in the 1960’s. It was a Disneyland disc. I looked at it over and over.
THANK YOU! THIS VIDEO IF VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER AND HELPFUL.
Your sweet comments about how each of us is amazing makes me happy.
What a fun hotel!! I hope to check it out sometime!
I enjoyed this review so much that I had to watch it a second time! Thanks PPP Family Robinson!
I caught that View Master Disk when Chris was first in the lobby and LOVED it!!!! Would be cool to stay there if I could.
Wow that hotel looks cool!!
Oh my goodness!!! Light Brite WALL and view master!!! ❤❤❤❤
View-Master, Chris! My hubby and I make our own 3D reels! You make the world better, too!
I never realized how close Disney and Knotts Berry Farm were to each other. I always thought they were farther away from each other than that.
Oh that room looks perfect for our family of two adults, one teen and two children! That is not easy to find outside of Disneyland.
Love your positive things you say to make us feel important! GOD Bless you!
View master was such a great toy! loved it!
I love Amanda’s highlights!
I remember your other videos on this hotel and thank you for the full tour. What really catches my eye is that black ink design on the white floor by the elevators. Floor 12 of the Viv is something else and I would stay here one day.

BTW: You new graphics you are using for your videos look sharp!
How is transportation to the parks from here? I don't want to pay the hotel $30 for parking and an additional $25 in the park
You and your family are the best.
I enjoy watching your posts.
The toy you were thinking of is called the view master.
I had one as a kid.
View Master is the name of the toy and I still have one 🙂

Viewmaster! I Disneyland reels from the 70's!
You master I used to have words and loads of the viewing screen. It was awesome.
Super bright and happy for your free stay
The name of the toy that looks like binoculars that has a button that changes the cartoon disc is called a View Master.
We are staying there this summer based on your past reviews. Thanks for your recommendation!
How was it?
Really enjoyed your video
You did another video with the Viv because I remember some of the things you talked about (star wars, lego characters, movie posters, etc...)

Viewmaster WAS our entertainment!!

The view master was one of my favorites
'Little Binoculars': View Master, wish it was still around
i like your video😄
the floors of the hotel look like the paintings i used to do before i moved onto spray paint lol
View master! Yes!
We just booked because of you.
It's a View-Master had one back in back in the day
The round pool makes a mickey head 🤭🤫
A view master I loved mine
