Wow, I’m a former 13 year cast member and I didn’t know these 5 secrets! And I worked on Big Thunder Mtn, Haunted Mansion and Country Bear Jamboree for many years! After all the videos you’ve created about Disneyland, it must be hard coming up with new and entertaining content, but you still find a way to bring it every time and keep it fresh! Love PPP! 💙💚
Even crazier is that in the Winnie the Pooh ride you will find the heads of Max the deer, Melvin the moose, and Buff the buffalo mounted on the wall inside as a remembrance of the older ride. You have to look up and behind as you exit the big room.
He mentions that many times in a few videos. The hot air balloon is also from country bear jamboree and was the swing.
I finally saw them after years of trying. Chris gave such a great description saying it’s right after the honey room and turn around and look up. I was sooo excited to see memories of my childhood. So cool.
It’s hard to catch on video or take a picture. Tried a few times. Pooh Hunny Hunt which Chris went on in Japan is next level.
Luv the band!
Wait a minute...did you learn that from Chris?
I’m a 70-y-o local and didn’t know any of your 5 secrets! I do remember Chicken of the Sea, and I rode the mules in Rainbow Ridge when I was a kid.
I knew Big Thunder Mt and the Tiger Tails. It’s awesome how Disney takes an OLD attraction or restaurant and keeps some of its memories in the park. There are so many.
Chris....for real, you can make me get super emotional during every single video. Your awareness of mental issues is BEYOND GRACIOUS! So many people don't truly understand the dark place that people can go. YOU MAKE ME FEEL ACKNOWLEDGED. Not even my family acknowledges things. They have said to me out loud, that they think my psychiatrist has changed me and turned me into this person. And it is so sad that I am losing my DIRECT family members, because they think I am a joke. Jeff and Amanda...I LOVE YOUR HEARTS...AND YOUR SOULS.
His name is chris
But still a really nice comment
@@thibodeau97 So FEEL BAD!! I know what his name is! I FEEL SO BAD!!!!
@@kimberlymacandog7616 Don't feel bad! Your comment was so kind, thats all that matters :)
@@kimberlymacandog7616 Don’t feel bad you had his name right in the beginning. Everyone has a moment where they type the wrong name or say the wrong name I know I have. Have a good night and your words were beautiful and so true to Chris and Amanda and I know they will appreciate it. You are special and we are all special and Chris has helped us to know that I know I struggle myself due to some very difficult circumstances but I don’t see a way out of and I am very thankful for them.💚💙 I know a lot of us so thankful for them your words really exemplified how we feel.
This is one of my favorite channels. Your words of encouragement means a lot.
I’ve eaten at the chicken of the sea restaurant and I also remember Skull rock. Also before Big Thunder there was the Mine Train through Natures Wonderland. The town of Rainbow Ridge from that retired attraction is used as theming for Big Thunder. Also from Mark Twain you can still see some of the old mine train tracks.
He mentions that in another secrets revealed video. They're awesome.
Wow! You ate at the chicken of the sea restaurant? What an amazing memory to have! Do you remember the food that was served? I
I love it when someone recognizes you in the background and they grab their partner to point and say LOOK! It’s Provost Park Pass! I love it because that would be me too! Cheers! 🎉
When he says you have a friend in provost park pass he really means it, I saw him and Amanda and he gave me a big hug and took pictures with me. Thank you!!
I was really hoping I’d know one of these, but I didn’t! You’re GOOD…and you always make me laugh. 😄
Ur kind words in the middle of this video was just what I needed ❤😢
As a former Disneyland cast member, I believe this video is one of your best secrets episodes ever. Well done!
Awesome video! I only knew about number 3 captain Hook’s hook. However, I learned about it from a previous video you did❤thanks for the fun facts! Air hugs!!!
The marching band playing pirates music was amazing I wish I could see that in person!
The original tiggertail that had the orange crystal sugar was better than the new one. The orange flavor tastes weird and artificial , but the extra marshmallow is nice❤
The original one was also dipped in white chocolate with dark chocolate stripes, which tasted a lot better, but more technically difficult and time-consuming to make. I believe the new chocolate is also coating chocolate, which doesn't taste as good either 😹
I miss the old recipe so much
I just stopped buying them after the change. 😞
It was such a surprise and honor to have met you on Tuesday. You totally made my day by just passing by.
I knew 2 out of the 5. And I only know those because of you. Your videos are so fun and informative. We just love them and your channel brings us much joy. Thank you
I LOVE this! We still have the book that included a checklist of hidden Mickeys found around the park our boys used when we visited the park when they were little! All these little details make exploring Disneyland feel like you’re on a magical hunt for “hidden” treasures and details! So FUN! 🤩
I didn't know about ANY of these! ZERO! Great video! 😁 I'll definitely look out for these next time
Chicken of the Sea was awesome as a themed restaurant and backdrop, though I remember it as Captain Hook's Galley (the name after Chicken of the Sea dropped sponsorship). Great video!
Not gonna lie while chicken of the sea is a fun way to make fun of Hook they really should do a Codfish Cafe to truly pay tribute!
@@elisharoberts1029 brilliant!
@@notsurprised79 why thank you
I didn’t know any of them! Thanks so much for sharing ❤
I only knew 2 of these facts! I ALWAYS learn something new when I watch your videos! 😁🌷
Awesome Video Chris!! I read so many books on Disney secrets and I didn’t know any of these!! Love to see the group together, I can’t believe how big Miles has gotten!!
As a Cast Member myself, I didn't know most of these! Wow! Lovely upload
First, I love how many people you walk past who are so excited to see you, and you have no idea that they have recognized you and that they are smiling at you. I didn't know any of these deep secrets and thoroughly enjoyed this video.
I knew the pooh corner pictures and BTM signs facts, but pretty sure I learned them from you and your channel to begin with. 😆
I love these videos keep them coming Chris.
Thank you Sir.
I knew none.
That Big Thunder Mountain sign was awesome.
Finally, a good ole classic Provost video. Thank you!!
Didn't know any of these! Thanks for sharing 🤗
Thanks for the fun Chris ... And of course surprise guest appearances by the babe and The Babe 🔥
I have to say that while I have seen the hook with the lantern hanging from it many times waiting for the Peter Pan ride and I’ve seen the sign pointing 4 directions to the towns on the thunder mountain ride, I didn’t know what they signified. I didn’t know the other 2 plus the tip about the marshmallow treats at Pooh corner SO thank you, Chris for all these secrets, you’re amazing!
As a local pass holder I can’t believe I didn’t know any of these! And the “you’re amazing” reminder brought happy tears to my eyes! Love your videos 🥳
I only knew of one, the history of Pooh's Corner. Your videos are always so fun 😊
I KNEW 0/5 OF THESE! I'm always impressed when I find a Disneyland video with actual new facts! Thank you so much for sharing! Also how did you learn about them?
OK so the only one I knew was the Thunder Mountain one from your secrets revealed videos. The pics in Pooh's corner is super cool! This video got me thinking though...since most of the secrets were in different lands...have you done a video with the best kept secret of each land? That could be fun! Love you guys, have a great trip!
That’s a fantastic idea 💚💙💚💙
I knew about the sign on thunder mountain. And you also are required to howl like a coyote on that stretch of the ride you said was your favorite!
So fun! These are great little secrets, I didnt know any. And I loved Myles enjoying both treats, what a little sweety! You are all amazing! 🥰
I knew number 5 (which I believe I learned in one of your videos!), but I had no idea about all the others! I love all these videos where you reveal secrets. I get so excited to point out the things you revealed in videos to other people. Your videos always make me smile. Thank you for your positivity and joy that you give us all in each video.
And I will totally have to try the tigger tail when we go in July. Thanks for the tip.
I didn’t know any of these! But now it makes my next trip more fun to find these!
Love when you share Disney secrets Chris! I knew none of them before, but I do now! Thanks for sharing.
I didn't know any of these! Thanks for all the fun facts! 🙌😊💕
Thanks as always for the cool content. I didn't know any of these little tidbits 😊

PPP continues to amaze with these facts. 😊Thanks Chris, Amanda n Miles
I loved all of these tips. Seeing something new that's been in plain sight gives me chills. Thanks for the video!
Dad jokes AND five mins with Miles n Amanda!! Yay!!!!! Such a beautiful family. All the secrets were new to me. I've seen caps hook but I had no idea it used to hang out near hungry bears restaurant! Well done as always Cris, stay cool!
Thanks for sharing all this knowledge Chris. These are things I've seen but never knew the story behind them.
I didn't know any of them! Tiger tails are the best!!!!
I didn’t know any of those!! Thanks for sharing 😊
Wow Chris, I have been following your channel for over 1 year now and did NOT know any of the 5 secrets that you revealed. Thank you.
Thank you, Chris! I really enjoyed this video! I was only aware of the "tip" regarding the Tigger Tail.
Did not know a single one of those facts. Amazing stuff, thank you kindly 😊
I didn't know ANY of these! Very fun - thank you!😀
You got me on all 5 and i considered myself fairly knowledgeable about Disney trivia. WTG!! Keep up the great content.❤❤
Omg i havent seen your videos in so long but im back!!! Good to see yalls videos theyre always such a joy for me. I actually didnt know any of these secrets! It was a very interesting video great job! 🎉
I always look forward to your message in your videos. I wait for it every video. ❤
I only knew the last 2 secrets and got that knowledge from you! Appreciate always learning new secrets and facts from you.
I did not know any of the 5! Thanks so much!
I'm a huge Disney fan and I didn't know any of these. I so appreciate your videos and your positive energy. Whenever I need a bit of a Disney fix, I check out one of your videos. Every time, you make it fresh, interesting, and uplifting. THANK YOU for ALL that you do!!
Chris, I knew #3 & #2, and I’ve wanted to try a Tigger Tail for a while… (out east we just get Cheshire Cat Tails…)
Hey Chris I knew about Big Mountain Railroad...Thanks again for all the videos!!!!
Thanks Chris for so much new info! The only one I knew was the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad signs. I can't remember if I heard it from a previous video you did, or from Justin Scarred Randomland.
Hey Chris! Great video. As an Asian Disney fan, I always enjoy watching your vids about Disney Parks in America since I can't get there. However, I'd like to point out a mistake! Grizzly Gulch represents HONG KONG, not TOKYO. In Tokyo, the town does not have an official name, although the name of a train station situated in Tokyo's Western River Railway train ride has the name 'Stillwater Junction'. Although the Western River Railway takes off from Adventureland, it crosses Critter Country and Westernland, and the 'Stillwater Junction' stop represents Westernland, leading people to believe that is supposed to be the name of the town there. In Hong Kong, the entire area Frontierland area is known as Grizzly Gulch, and their version of Big Thunder Mountain is called 'Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Cars'.
I didn't know any of those secrets!!! Thank you as always for sharing!!!
My first time EVER at Disneyland was in 1987 at the age of 21
. My first roller coaster EVER was Big Thunder Mountain! I still remember every moment!!!!
I didn’t know not one. Thank you for all you do. I really enjoy your videos
Chris, did you ever do a video about what's left of the Sky Buckets loading stations? I heard there's a piece of a foundation for a support pole in the que for Mr. Toad. I love these types of videos you do. Thanks Chris. 😊
The only one of these that I knew was about the Big Thunder signpost. There's always more to learn about Disneyland! Thanks for another fun video.
Knew one out of five. Nice work Chris!
Great video. Would love to see future challenge episodes soon
We only new about big thunder mountain! Thank you!!!
I was worried after you got me on the first two!!! But I came back and actually knew the last 3.
I love learning new Disneyland facts!!! Thanks so much!
Thanks for the video. Didn't know any of them.
I didn't know any of these. As a matter of fact I have seen the sign at Big Thunder Mountain for years , I never knew what it meant! Thanks Chris for everything you do!
You bet. 💚💙
I didn't know any of those! I always get a Tigger Tail though, so at least I have another reason to say why it's the best one.
Great video , I did not know any of those secrets, thanks. I will keep a look out for them when we go in September .
I didn’t know any of the deep secrets. I LOVED the video!
0 out of 5 and appreciate all the tips, secrets and facts you dig up and share with us. A big THANK YOU for great information and great entertainment. Your family is lovely 🥰
All but the Thunder Mountain distance signs were new to me. Thanks for the video Chris!
The only reason I knew the marshmallow treat one is because of you. You love those and I listen!
They are so good. 💚💙
I only knew #2. Thanks Chris!
These were great Chris! I didn’t know all of the secrets but I did know a couple. The Tigger tail was one and I totally agree it’s the better of the two tails by far. Maybe it’s because I’m a huge Tigger fan and collector. The other secret I did remember but not until you mentioned it was the Pirate Ship with the Chicken of the Sea restaurant. I had totally forgotten about it. 👍🏻👍🏻 I love all the videos you and Amanda do. Such fun content. Hope to see you in the parks soon. We are always on the look out for you guys hoping one day to bump into you. 😊
I didn't know any of them....but this is what's so fantastic about your channel. All the secret videos that you show. So much hidden secrets. I love it.
I have seen the signs at Big Thunder Mountain, but did not know what the places were😂
What a fun video! I only knew about the signs on Big Thunder Mountain
Soooo cool! Thank you!! Definitely looking for them next time we go :) and thank you for those beautiful words 💙 you really are the nicest.
Thanks Chris for another awesome video I did know of two of the secrets. Knew about Captains Hook hook at Peter pans flight and the sign post at Big Thunder Mtn. Thanks again and keep them coming
Wow! I thought I knew tons of deep dark Disney secrets, but while I knew parts of these the full story of them were new to me! Thanks for the fun insights!
That's cool I didn't know any of them. When I'm feeling blue I listen to Louis Armstrong's " What a wonderful world" it calms me and brings a smile to my face everytime
I didn''t know any of these! So fun!
I didn't know any of the 5 but will definitely be looking for them all during our trip in June .... Thanks!
I knew the hook one only because YOU probably pointed it out in another video. 😂 All I know of Disney secrets I learned from you Chris thanks for all your fun and informative videos!❤
0-5
