I’ve been doing slower movements to build my foundation over the past few weeks. Now I’m doing faster movements and implementing sprints and pylos. Is this a good approach?
God thank you for Justmari. Thank you Lord and bless him with more knowledge and wisdom. Let him be successful in all that he does for you, in Jesus Christ's name.
I study of course but I been coaching for 6 years, and I got an internship with Les Spellman when I was like 19 so I learned from the best in the industry since day one
You can't train strength on high reps low weight. Strength is primarily a neural adaptation. Low reps, very high weight (compared to your one rep max) is the only way to get stronger, other than increasing muscle mass (hypertrophy training)
I probably meant to say single leg half and quarter squats , and the goal isn’t always to isolate muscles, it’s to train joint specific angles that mimic acceleration and sprinting since research shows that those type of lifts have highest transfer to for sprinting and jumping

I’d say the best book about speed is Speed Strength by Joel smith
How many total exercises would you do in a workout. And do you recommend any upper body lifts?
Would the same/similar concepts apply for vertical jump training?
Yess
How much sets and reps should u do if you dont not have access to that many weigthts. For exmaple only dumbells rnaging from 10-50?
Kg or pounds?

@@lucagraziano8739 So should I protorize hypertrophy first to build up the muscle neseacey for the strength training?
Does sub 11, + 425 squat count as strong and fast
Yes very much so
Are lunges good if you can’t do single leg squats
Reverse lunges are actually a great alternative or just regular decently wide split stance squat
@@justjumari thanks
I havent trained at all and ran a 4.5, I'll try this and I hope I'll hit 4
But is that laser time or hand time
half and quarter squats totally neglect the glutes you dope 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

0:50 what exactly is fast ? 100m in 13sec is fast ?
