    A decent belt squat machine costs at least $1,000 and thats before you buy the plates.

      that dont even sound like much to me, considering how much value it potentially adds to your quotidian life, in comparison with say a newer model phone or a few nights out

    Clean pulls are fine as long as they are Strength-speed and not speed-strength

    Hi, are your shins and knees red after a power clean session? I wanted to ask you this because I don't know if I'm the only one who rubs the barbell on the way up. Am i supposed to do that? The thing is, every time I'm done I have pain both touching my shins and moving my knees, often resulting in bruises that go away within a few days.

      you're supposed to be very close to touching your shins the whole time not rubbing the whole way, especially if it's causing you pain and bruises.
