for some strange reason, it never occurred to me that I could order custom mats very cheaply, total brain fade. This is really useful information thanks. I also used your idea of putting LEDs in a channel so they would only light upwards and not down.
Nice little guide Chris 👍 as @chrislogan4280 said I would highly recommend choosing acid free mats, or "archival" materials as it will prevent your art from degrading over time or turning yellow. Picture corners will also help to attach the art to the mat without damaging it, and UV filtering glass will also help to prevent it from turning yellow, even though I guess sun isn't your main concern in the bunker. Considering the rarity and price of those pieces I think it's well worth the cost.
I mean dont get me wrong i love the way it looks but most of us me included always complain about not having enough space. I never get why people get such huge frames it is so much wasted wall space. If you get just a simple metal frame with those thin edges you could hang way more art on your walls. Thx for doing this informative video.
Great Video , very good informations 🌟✨👌🏻👌🏻
Thank you my friend
This was awesome, Chris! Thanks!
My pleasure 🙏

Glad I could inspire!!
Very interesting how to video. Always very interesting to see those 👍👏👏👏
Great video, nice inexpensive way to frame your art. Custom framing can be very expensive.
Agreed, going this route you still get a high end finish.

Chris did you see that “Scars” Alex Ross Batman art print on sideshow? What do you think?
Yes, love it but so expensive
Cool make sure it's all "Acid" free! I get my framing done by Michaels all 70% off online
Appreciate the insight
Very cool! I need a mate for my canvas Dell`Otto to fit in my frame
Do you use any type of adhesives/holders to hold your art in place? Ive had some pieces move or jiggle slightly if something isnt holding it down.
For the lighter weight ones, I have used command strips, and they work great!
