We just hit 100k subscribers!🎉I want to thank you all for your incredible support and for being part of this journey! It feels like I’ve gained a huge family from all over the world!... Thank you so much! ❤
Maaan i started drawing again after a long time, and i just bought your photoshop essential brushes. Game changer ! Thank you so much ! Keep up the awesome work you do !
Wow, this has got to be my all time favorite "how to" video. Your delivery is as great as your talent. Will definitely be joining your Gumroad. I'm learning to draw at 54 yrs with a Wacom Cintiq Pro 24. Little overkill for learning how to draw at my age, but i figured it would help nudge me. 😂 Thanks for this video.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for watching my video! Learning to draw at 54 is incredibly inspiring. ✨ After all, age is just a number when it comes to creativity. 🙌
Another great tutorial. Thank you for a bit longer video because it helps us dive into the your awesome technique. Simple and effective. You are the best!
Thanks so much! I really appreciate it. At first, I wasn’t sure if anyone would stick around for a 20-minute video, so it’s great to hear you watched the whole thing!
Oh I love it so much! I would really like to watch more detailed videos as well. Consider making a course or having a Patreon, where you can share more of your knowledge and help more aspiring artists around the world! I’m from Brazil and I love your videos! And please show your beautiful face more on the videos, you are so handsome! 🧡
Absolutely loved this tutorial! The step-by-step approach makes it so easy to follow, and the creative face designs are amazing. Can't wait to try it out! 🎨😊
Probably your best video yet. If you can, please make a more detailed video (or several) on your shape design process. This is basically caricaturing, which most people consider "exaggerating" the person's features- but, in my experience, the shape design element of it and actually being able to create an actual appealing character with a cartoony style and good shape design is the most challenging part. You make it look easy, but it is most certainly NOT. More about that please, even if it's a paid series on Gumroad, I'll pay!
@@HABOOKS I will be very glad. I love your style.. I wish one day I will draw like you. Your videos are very educational & also so beautiful to watch. You style color choice everything.
Nice video, I wish there were more. 👍 But what's crazy is, when I switched to the iPad for drawing, it was first a 12.9 inch. But since it was too big to take with me to draw on the go, I switched to a 10.9 inch one. Since then, I only draw on the smaller one, even when I'm at home. It feels better now.
Oh, interesting! I’ve been hoping and waiting for Apple to release a 16-inch version for a long time. Since they haven’t, I decided to give a Pen Display a try instead! But it's great that you're comfortable with the 10.9-inch! And I can imagine how expensive a 16-inch iPad would be 💰
Could you also do some tutorial on drawing and painting cartoonish animals? I love how good you showed doing humans and since I’m animal/creature Artist i would love to see how you do it soo i could learn more since I’m still closer to begginer level then intermediate 😊
Hi Habook, I wanted to ask you about the work culture in Thailand, how is the work life balance there in M2 and do you know if they have openings for 3d anim?
Thanks for sharing your process. Is Huion 22 display resolution (FHD) enough? It would be interesting a comparison between this pen-display and the ipad, your thoughts :) Also, your 3d models look great.
The photoshop brush on your store, is it compatible for all photoshop version? I use the CS6 version, and I'm not sure if the brush will work on it (It seems that you are using the latest photoshop version?). Thanks
@@HABOOKS thanks.. another question is about the huion you use, is there a paralax issue? I use the old 16" model, the paralax is frustrating me. I plan to upgrade to 22", but I'm worried about the paralax
Create a color palette in which you save all the basic colors you use for the current image. Some apps have a special tool for this. Otherwise, you can use an empty layer for this. In this way you can always picking the unchanged color, without effects, with the picking tool, which then corresponds to the color on the multiply layer.
If you're using Photoshop, after selecting the Eyedropper tool, up in the Options Bar > Sample you can change the setting from "All Layers" to "Current Layer." This ensures that even if your layer is set to multiply, the Eyedropper will still select its true color.

Yes, the plan is to start uploading more videos regularly, aiming for 5-7 minute tutorials that are easier to produce! I'll do my best!
Excelent

Thank you! :) The model I purchased is the "Huion RDS 22," which features a QHD resolution (2560 x 1440) and I would say it’s perfect for me!
Need more videos .
Are all the brushes you’ve used in this video, also available for Procreate?
For Procreate, I’ve created a separate brush set that's different from these, but I tried to maintain a similar overall feel.
@@HABOOKS Great! Where can I find this brush set?
@@bastudio9026 you can find them from habook.gumroad.com
Does this mean you’ll be posting more often? 🤞🏻
Yes, hopefully more videos from now on :))
