I've tested alsace with Bismarck and soyuz too and she beat both of them too, I'm pretty sure this boss have heavy armor and she even beat musashi on heavy armor so she pretty much the strongest BB dmg wise, i put her under vanguard and Bismarck on a tier list for now, she probably will always be the third pick on a bb fleet with vanguard and Bismarck that i use until a stronger bb come out, and richelieu pair with alsace do about the same dmg clear time on this boss as well so that nice maybe richelieu will become relevant or even meta.
