Tried your recipe but instead of sotong, I used oyster mushrooms.. Delicious.. The mushroom after cooled still crunchy.. Thanks for sharing such a great recipe..

Custard powder/corn starch 2tsp Coating 1. Flour 2tbsp 2. Tapioca flour 4tbsp Method 1. Mix the squid with salt, pepper and curry powder. Then add egg yolk and mix well. Lastly add custard powder and mix well. Set aside 2. Combine flour and tapioca flour in a container. Then add the squids and mix well 3. Heat wok with more oil. Sieve away excess flour from the squids 4. Deep fried the squids for 1 min. Drain the squids and set aside 5. Sieve the flour from the oil and raise the oil temperature. Then fry the squids again till golden brown. 6. Serve and enjoy! 💕

油方面可以用过炸过一两次还有油质的油

你可以注意粉的比例 还有的就是炸sotong不能久的 一定形了就捞出 然后再冲油温sotong回锅一上色就能捞出了
