Rub the bitter gourd with 1tsp salt till water is extracted. Set aside for 30min. Wash and drain dry 3. Tomato x1 cut diced 4. Garlic x1 minced Method 1. Heat wok with little oil, stir fry the garlic till golden brown. Set aside 2. Boil a wok of water and blanch the bitter gourd for 10sec. Set aside 3. Next, blanch the fish for 10sec and set aside 4. Prepare claypot with some anchovies soup and water (ratio 1:1). Once boil, add in tomato and 1tbsp fish sauce. 5. Once boil, add fish and bitter gourd. 6. Once boil, add shao xing, followed by oil and fried garlic 7. Serve and enjoy! 💕
Me too, dont think i want to blanch the bitter gourd. I like the bitterness taste that's why i cook this dish. 3 in 1 meaning, you have soup, veggy and fish. So simple and tasty. Tq mr.Hong
