These warm ups are crucial to me. I do them every day, before every exercise day or on rest days. My mobility has improved immensely. 😊
Great warm-up. My wife and I did it together and feel much better. I am 81 and she is 76.
From near Houston Texas
Mike, just to let you know how helpful this video is, with your clear instructions for an effective warming up prior to taking exercise, much appreciated
Yes! Yes! Warm ups are very important to avoid strains!
Thank you so much dear sir. I'm so happy to follow your senior citizens work outvideos.its so easy and manage to follow up. I'm an Indian and I'm 65yrs.
Thank you! I really needed this.
I love your music selection as much as the warmup routine!
76 and still up to tricks. Did the full workout for seniors No. 3 Standing and enjoyed it. had some throbbing pain last night in my chest area, so think i might have done too much stretching. i tend to be a bull at a gate!
Mike - all of your five minute exercises are excellent . You have a lovely manner and way of teaching especially when you say “don’t slouch “ it’s as if you are in the room and know that maybe we are!
Thanks so much Evelyn! Glad you are enjoying the five minute exercises :)
Just did this with my 84 yo MIL, it was great! Thanks!
I like doing these streches before and after my morning walks. AWW!
Thank you Mike! Just had surgery. Now I'm re-starting exercising.
Any time! Best of luck with everything!
Hey Mike, thank you for these amazing exercises. They’re not just limited to our wonderful seniors but also aid rehabilitating patients, like myself post op. Love your patience. Much obliged 🙏🏼
I find your exercises very helpful. I am currently in my 80's and also in a Zimmer frame. Progress is slow but positive. I keep coming back to your videos for more inspiration. Thank you!
Gosh. I didn't realize how challenging this would be. I'm pretty active & walk 3-4 miles/day, garden, etc., but apparently balance is a whole other ballgame. I did the warm-up exercises then found it helpful to focus on your shorts insignia while balancing. Staring at one spot helps. I'll keep this up every day now that I know how unbalanced I am at my, a-hem, advanced age. Thank you for this. Super helpful.
IM STILL DOING YOUR EXCELLENT RANGE OF STRETCHES MIKE! Thank you!! THE BEST ON LINE! Ali L
Always enjoy this warm up. Makes you feel good and ready to do more!
I highly recommend Mike´s "morning streches" a great way to start your day in or out of confinement!

Really appreciate your workout video's. Do I need to engage my stomach muscles with all the stretches? Thank you!!
would like to get off a bit of weight so will keep going.
nice
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, I'm organizing an exercise program to do at home since my Osteofiit (for osteoporosis) classes have been cancelled but there
is still a necessity to continue exercising lest I lose all the strength & balance that I gained over the years in classes. I'm so glad I found this warm-up exercise to do. I can do
all except the ones that cause torsion to the spinal column. I also went through your balance exercises and that's something I can also do at home, too. This is a
great find, Thanks for helping seniors.
Great to hear Joan!! Welcome to the channel and keep it all up!
Thank u . Very good n easy exercises especially for me as I have knee problems.

Love your experiences, My 🦶 ankle hurts now since I been stretch my foot.now can it stop hur
Hurting (a chilled Tendonitis)
Mike, when I first started doing this warm-up,
(Contd.) the subtitle read, “killing your arms up”. I thought it strange. Several warm-ups later, I figured out that you were saying “curling your arms up.” 😆😁😄
@@elizabethbogard7568 Haha. I must have missed that as I was transcribing the video! I will go fix it up now 🙂
Mike I do three of your exercises everyday. I have trouble with the core exercises because my core so so terribly weak
Stay consistent Jean. You will improve

Kusum jindal

Yes, definitely something I can do in the future Kusum
(Contd.). the subtitle read, “killing your arms up”. I thought ‘Strange’. What does that mean? After several more warm-ups (& more episodes of Kath & Kim), I realized you were saying “curling your arms up!” It’s your Aussie accent! (which I enjoy hearing here in Texas). 😀😁😆
haha glad kath and kim helped. Not the first time this has been mistaken :) 🙂
😄
How many 67 year olds here can touch their toes?
