Wow Caroline. I started making exercise in the middle of the quarantine, in may. I had been seated at my desk for months writing a book, I am about to publish. I started very slowly, growing up a tiny bit each day. One day, at the beginning of august I discovered your workouts. They are amazing and, the great thing is that nowadays I can do many of them, they look easy but they are demolishing and very satisfactory, I feel very happy after each challenge done. I absolutely love this workout! (I hate planks only😬😅) Glutes and abs…my favourite areas to work on. I do this everyday after the Iron workout .💪🏻 Hope to see some improvements soon!

Absolutely loved this one! Only one draw back kept losing track as had to keep looking at the screen to see where l was. So lost the sequence from time to time, being in the garden and not seeing the screen properly probably didn't help😅😄 👍🏽 . Try again tomorrow
