    So many internet trainers are rookies and think they can bs and flub their way through it thinking no one’s the wiser- you are authentic and it shows!

    I really enjoyed this workout, although I worked hard and felt the burn, the music made me feel so relaxed and helped to switch off from the world and focus purely on my form and breathing. Amazing!! Thank you Caroline, you are my favourite trainer! I’m so glad I recently discovered you 🙏🏻🤩💪🏻 😘😘

    Definitely going to be doing this again sometime! It was the perfect amount of challenging! I love how it didn’t feel like it took forever like some workouts do. Glad I dragged myself out of bed to complete this :)

    I can honestly say that I have never enjoy working on my glutes . This is no longer an issue now . Thanks to Caroline workouts I can see fast results and I look forward to her workouts. !! Thank you Caroline !

    Wow Caroline. I started making exercise in the middle of the quarantine, in may. I had been seated at my desk for months writing a book, I am about to publish. I started very slowly, growing up a tiny bit each day. One day, at the beginning of august I discovered your workouts. They are amazing and, the great thing is that nowadays I can do many of them, they look easy but they are demolishing and very satisfactory, I feel very happy after each challenge done. Thank you so much Caroline, God bless you.

    I absolutely love this workout! (I hate planks only😬😅)
    Glutes and abs…my favourite areas to work on. I do this everyday after the Iron workout .💪🏻 Hope to see some improvements soon!

    Hi Caroline...I really enjoyed this...somehow I had missed it first time round!! It was a really good idea to suggest some old workouts to do! I loved the non stop format of this one which keeps the intensity up...a good burner!! I’m sure you are working very hard this week! Hope all is going well and I am really looking forward to Monday!     Absolutely loved this one! Only one draw back kept losing track as had to keep looking at the screen to see where l was. So lost the sequence from time to time, being in the garden and not seeing the screen properly probably didn't help😅😄 👍🏽 . Try again tomorrow

    I just found you. At 73, with exercise experience, I was able to do almost all of it. My neck strength is weak, but I will join you again. Great music helped me stay focused and the bell helped me stay with you. Thank you.
