- My Home Recording Studio From Scratch (Timelapse)
The Studio is about 5 x 4,3 meters.
It's 21m2 and the inside roof height is 3 meters.
I used 6 months to build it, not counting the concrete foundation and after-jobs like outside treatment and the placing of furniture and such.
The music you hear is made and recorded by me and my drummer friend, Eric W. Skimmeland.

I could care less about how tall the trees & grass are outside. Once I'm in the studio, I get taken into a whole other world. It's like I'm drifting away into a passion I had since birth. Music is win. Period.🙏🎶

I'm straight up not intelligent, and, or skilled and knowledgeable enough, and I don't have the funds, or the property to build on as I still live with my mum in a council house. I'm not even sure if I'd be allowed to build on this land. I doubt I'd be allowed, so it seems impossible for me right now. Maybe in another life if that's possible.

@@OlesMusic That's why I said maybe in another life if that's possible, because it doesn't look like I can get this stuff in this life, but if not I'm not worried because I have a pretty cool set up in my room. I just think to have a separate building dedicated to music would be pretty cool.

Nice job, nothing better than building a studio from scratch. I am Building a house at the moment and by building I mean getting professionals to do the work and building my own personal studio the space I have now is just too small for all the analog and hardware, just haven’t told the wife what that space is for I just said “personal office” 😂

Ole's Music you probably get this often, what hardware and daws do you use? Other than you’re guitars and drums. for some reason I love the way other producers, engineers and artists have and use just to see how people use hardware and software to crafts their music .

Man this is awesome! I just barely finished my own in a small room in my new house but it doesn’t lay a finger on yours. I uploaded a time lapse video like this but it’s much shorter (since it’s smaller lol). Good job tho, this is legit!

Nice project, I'm worried about that cable you ran through your garden, you should use an armoured cable for that kind of situation.. like this you minimise the risk of anyone putting a spade or fork through it while gardening.
It is an armoured cable.

Great job, but I've often wondered like with office/studios, why no plumbing (cost), a backyard office with a bathroom - why would you leave
It's a much more complicated process and we have to apply to the government here in Norway if we are going to build something you can live in.
Excellent job, wouldn't off put the sink in though. You will get early reflection's.
