We might do things differently, live our lives a little differently, but in the core we are simply all people, humans, wishing for a peaceful and harmonious life. In fact...we still in ways wish to respect you, there on the right of Germany...if only you would allow yourselves to understand, that we never meant you any bad things. Nor does Germany. Welcome to democracy. Some of the time we are left, some of the time we need to be on the right. As long as we keep extremism at bay. We need to protect EU from being overrun and dislocated and manipulated. So a little to the right now will be exactly what EU needs. This is my free opinion as a European.

The important thing is to actually go out and vote. No matter your political views. If you don't vote, those that you don't like gains.

There is no such thing as “the far right.” Its just right.
I think that the nationalist parties might not do as well as people think. All this talk could very well help left wing and centrist parties to mobilize a strong turnout amongst their own supporters. Furthermore, many of these parties are having problems. PiS in Poland is disoriented after being ousted from power, and will likely lose many seats compared to five years ago. Even Fidesz in Hungary is now being challanged by a new opposition force. In Italy, Meloni is set to grow her party's support considerably, but almost all of it will likely come at the expense of her own coalition partner Lega. AfD in Germany has stumpled on the final stretch, even getting expelled from their own EU-parliamentary group.
It does look like Le Pen's party will do really well in France. As will Wilders PVV in the Netherlands. But is this enough to compensate for the problems the others are having? Time will tell.
In the U.K., Richard Tice is the leader of the Reform party and a very nice guy. In politics as in life sadly, nice guys come last.

DW won't identify the personal politics of its supposedly impartial political analysts featured here. Perhaps in the interests of transparency they should do so.

It’s a bad precedent to not cooperate with firmly right parties, in general. You’re circumventing democracy and encouraging people to ‘vote harder’ in the future out of resentment or frustration.

Far right is an inappropriate label for parties whose concern ficus on uncontrolled immigration. On economic policy, many of these parties are centrist or even n the left.
Managed democracy is the only path. EPP must win.
