Fear of failure, fear of rejection , fear of loss . We all have fears right .. and understanding that , makes the fears healthy for me .. sure, it’s not always pleasant but with a clear mind , a strong willingness to succeed , and a positive mindset which creates belief . Belief allows the fear to reside in me without the need to try and escape from it .. feeling the fear is such a better way than numbing it out with booze hey ! .. A classic fear I remember was running races at school .. the anticipation, the unknown , that fear before the race as we all merged behind the starting blocks was extreme ! But once the gun went off it was gone ! All just part of being wonderfully human hey .. thanks Kev , ripper video.

Fear made me always have alcohol on hand and learn how to make alcohol at home so in an emergency I wouldn’t be short of booze. I’m so glad to be free of the control I thought alcohol had over me. As it turned out I was able to kick the habit and be free! Weee

Good on you! I had some of the same temptation yesterday too but made it through. It’s getting easier for me to recognize triggers that remind me of drinking. Not all of the time, but most of the time I am successful in putting drinking out of my mind. :-)
Today I'm stop drinking alcohol after so many failed attempts
@@JayMacTìre I like to replace alcohol with a diet cola or a favorite snack. Sounds trivial but it helps to disrupt the trigger to drink. Have a plan ready when that trigger happens. “A goal without a plan is just a wish”

Ive been fighting this for years now 43 was a binge drinking every mouth somtimes but cpupd be every week if events on then unleash hell destroy everything aruge with those i love who loves me what to then destroy myself looking for someone to fight me while i couldnt even move react portect myself thats the hate i had for myself when the devil in the bottle came,as im always praying prising God and then say the closer you get to God the devil comes well the devil will wait now im done im getting help and all prise to God il say sober and show the love for those who love me not fake people who dont care if you died,and sober il defend God me and mine always 🙏💪!!
