Pre:
em7 - DM9/F# (3x) A11
Chorus:
A11 - bm11 - D/F# - G (3x)
A11- bm11 - D/F# - em - D/F# - G - A11
He does some passing notes and pull-offs in between, but this should basically be it! Don't worry about the 9th or 11th chords, you can just do the chords by themselves (like just a plain ol' A instead of an A11). Hope this helps :)
