thank you man, short time and yet you are my best hairloss youtuber, about this cure man what if 1ml isnt enough to cover your head? seems this mechanism same as Gt20029 right!
It is not the same mechanism of action as GT20029, but they attack the problem from the same flank, Cosmerna prevents the receptors from being produced, instead GT20029 degrades and destroys the existing receptors
Hi Fedy. Please can I ask if you know if COSMERNA is legal to purchase and import into the UK? I was awaiting the opening of the UK amazon page but it doesnt seem to be on there yet. Thanks
Thanks for the vid What mail did u contact them? I have a few questions left. 1. why the sudden change from 1week up to 2week without any data. We dont even know if it will keep its efficacy as this. 2.its recomennded to use it 1ml every 2weeks. How should applying 1ml work? Is this even enough for people who are balding in a bigger area are they even aware of this? Keep in mind some have balding area the size of 200cm^2 3. whenn will they publish their european trial i heard somewhere this year but i dont know what my source is i believe its somewhat officially. 3. does it work on transplanted hairs? How does it penetrate trhough the skin is it the transfoliccular pathway? Or others which could be impacted by fibrosis. 4. the participiants didnt experience any side effects. This was also the case with pyrilutanide but they still measured some concentrations in the blood. Is thhis also the case with comserna? Or isnt this possible because of some properties not mentioned in the study like they dissolve themselves in blood or whatever. Im not amazingly optimistic bout this. The data is not perfect their best results was using it once a week and also they mixed women and men in the study so we cant say guaranteed if it works in men or in women for sure? Maybe just in one if them. I hope that this drug will at least halt hairloss till maybe future treatments more potent could be available who maybe also work on transplanted hair. With this combination many of us would be able to get decent hair back.
I am a Korean. I visited the company last month and heard the details. Let me answer some of your questions. The change to a two-week application method is due to the fact that additional experiments in German Europeans have secured the equivalence of efficacy once a week and once a two-week. After the Korean experiment, there were two European experiments, and the results were better for Europeans. As you know, the results of the Korean experiment were published in the Scientific Report, and the results of the European experiment are being prepared to be published in Nature-level magazines at the end of this year or early next year. I hope it helps you
@@wsj3458 thanks for the info. Sounds good that we will get more data. Ill wait for the results then i hope. The trial design is better this time seperating women and men to get higher quality data.

Do you think this will be enough to maintain your hair as a NW2? (Want to do a Hair Transplant im near Future)Not aggressive balder but already 19. also on Min, Keto, Alfatradiol. (fin got me sides sadyl)
Pyriutamide is a androgen receptor antagonist, meaning that the product will bind itself to a receptor that is designated to be used by a specific molecule (an androgen in this case), cosmeRna is a rna treatment that will modify the genes inside the hair follicle and of stem cells to not produce any androgenic receptors on them, meaning that you get hair that once they go in telogen phase (they die), they will regrow with those information and not be affected by alopecia. I'd say you can stack them for a while if you can afford it financially, but after a while you may want to end the pyrilutamide treatment because cosmeRna will successfully treat your alopecia genetically. I am looking forward to this kind of technology but I am also afraid of the possible systemic absorption of this treatment and the range of tolerance that have this treatment towards other androgenic receptors (meaning that it could fuck you up entirely, but if it's specific towards the AR of the follicle you are safe, I need more info on this)
@@SlavaUkrainiMax man I got myself tangled up, I confused the Crispr gene editing with cosmerna, cosmerna has a siRna technology, meaning that it use this molecule of short interfering rna to block the mrna that will be used by the ribosome to build the androgen receptors (it's all made of protein), the sirna will inhibit this but I don't think it has the capability to stop it fully like crispr technology, so it's no different thant pyrilutamide and other solutions, and unfortunately you can't stop using them....

@@SlavaUkrainiMax from what I know microneedling it's useless, and most of the results are either placebo or due to other treatments used with it, androgenic alopecia is caused by the effects of androgens, anything that doesn't tackle the enzymes or the receptors doesn't do anything. I'd suggest you to use pyrilutamide because it's much safer than finasteride (steroidal enzyme blocker, it's permanent and will degrade the enzymes that convert test to dht, leading to reduced production of test and of said enzyme that is 5' alpha reductase, meaning that sooner or later you will have side effects with it) and to use crispr when it becomes available. Crispr will make all men immune to it, even though I wonder if such changes will be transmitted through the genotype

Welcome to the channel! Yep, Amazon UK is what they said, but I’m positive it will find its way to the US amazon. I’m not really an Amazon user myself soI don’t know how it works😅 so you’ll have to figure this one out by yourself.
I believe it would be similar, finasteride is a steroidal inhibitor enzyme that blocks the efficiency of another enzyme (5 'alpha reductase), meaning testosterone won't be converted to dht, and leading to less production of testosterone due to homeostasis over time. CosmeRna modifies the genes of the hair follicles (and I presume of stem cells aswell otherwise it won't be forever effective) so that after the telogen phase of certain follicle, the next one instead of dying, regrows with the new information and no androgen can bind to it meaning no alopecia. Now i dont know if there is a specific androgen receptor for the follicle that is different from other tissues that will have them, for example prostate and testicles, if that is case then I consider it safe, but if they do have the same, I can say that from my understandings of biology (I am studying it for university), it could be even more dangerous than fin since its irreversible.
Hopefully not but we’ve seen this so many times with cosmetic’s NGF-574, Therapy 16, Reboost, Ostrigrow, Redensyl etc etc. they just don’t seem to ever work
