Highly effective with very little going systemic in only phase 1 of course but a topical that is being used 1 or 2 times every 2 weeks. It's not an anti androgen it's an androgen receptor degrader.

The exact benefit it can provide still has be ironed out in more detail, but I have been using it for about 2 months in my post-hair transplant recovery and it seems to be helping increase the thickness and growth of hair, as well as improving the native hair donor areas that I've been using it on. If it could replace finasteride with no side effects at all, that would be very nice. It would seem that the difficulty would come in trying to apply it to a full head of thicker hair, however. I guess it can be done; just have to rub through entire hair very well and try to get it to scalp. Looking forward to seeing it available to all soon.

Pyrikutakide took about a month to start working for me. It’s since been 4 months and am now barely losing any hair in the shower. I couldn’t be more pleased. Ru 58841 didn’t work for me at all for 2 years.

I would have it from how much hair I'm losing in the shower or running my hands through my hair. Temple recession is tough to gain back from just fin it's known to work better for regrowth on the crown if you did get any, but I'll say if you look the same as you did a year and a half ago finasteride is working. Peak results happen at 2 years I believe and hopefully by that time we may have some better options that are in clinical trials right now so look at this as a good thing especially if you want a hair transplant you can safely take the drug and have stabilized which is what you want
As a measure of increase in non-velous target area hair counts, it seems to be comparable with finasteride and can be used with it to multiply the effect.
@@Silverpump from the clinical data obtained in the US phase 2 trial, not really. But things should even out by the time the phase 3 trial comes out. I don't think they'd be this aggressive pushing clinical trials in the US if they didn't think it worked. It's a lot of money to blow up.

I'm on that treatment and having good results (in AGA, good results means reducing or showering hair loss, cause so far there is no a cure). Regarding no other new treatments, we all hope they actually work and become a real cure, but medical trials take time, and I wouldn't use any medicine until it's proved that actually works and have no sides

I tried that, but I continued losing hair rapidly. Maybe your androgenic alopecia isn't a severe as mine, which means you might have better results. But I had to throw the sink at my hair loss and use dutasteride and oral minoxidil every day.
If I were in your situation, I would use 0.5mg of dutasteride every day. You should also find a good hair transplant surgeon who can prescribe off-label drugs.
@@dualscreengrant Unfortunately, I already get sides from 3x/week, mainly the mental side effects such as brain fog, lethargy, low energy/motivation, so taking Dutasteride every day would be really detrimental I think. Messing with your hormones definitely comes with a price, there's no doubt about that.
