I took and passed GOZZ exam last semester and received my medical diploma, however I did not take accreditation exam to receive a medical license in Russia. ECFMG accepted my medical degree (verified credentials) and gave me a permit to take step 1 in January. Can I still get an ECFMG certificate after I pass USMLE exams if I do not have a medical license in Russia? I am using pathway 3. I just graduated

Hello there , I just failed step, after that ecfmg they send me this email, they suspend my application to any step exam for a year do to anomalous performance, readiness to test and motivation to pass, I don't know what's wroung, I fail my test due to anxiety, I prepared well but I got so anxious tired during the exams and I run of time and leaving some questions without answering and some of multiple flags,,, so what should I do, I already start to study again, should I wait or this will be more reg flags to get match next year, or changing the whole pass to UK? Did some face same problem here?

Finasteride has it's own share of undesirable and discouraging side effects. Post finasteride syndrome, google it. FDA approval is not always a green light for me.

Stay away from stress, go on higher fat carnivore diet.
