I just saw your video and make written notes of these 10 points. Proud of my self today for doing better then my yesterday 💫💛💜 Mindful diet points: 1. You already know what this taste like so, move on and be closer to your goal.(this food will taste same after you achieve your goals) 2. “I’ll eat this tomorrow, but NOT TODAY🎶🎵🎧 specifically in evening. 3. Stick to a routine for 3 days at least, regularly. Food time! Walk! Veggies! Water! Sleep! 4th day eat one thing that will make you happy, 1 thing only. 4. Wait for the hunger feeling before eating. If bored, drink water or go on a walk. (Basically intermittent fasting) 5. Amount of food on the basis of “eat to live, not live to eat” 6. “Weight loss will make the biggest difference on your face then any makeup product” don’t spend money on makeup instead go for a run, it’s free! 7. “Don’t compare yourself to others, just be better the version of you yesterday!” Do better then yesterday! 8. The weight that is lost quickly is put back on quickly! 9. Exercise for your mental health not only for weight loss. 10. Reward yourself during this process, but not with food. Songs! Hot tub! Talk on the phone! Get massage! New dress😎
My favourite learnings: 1. Reward yourself during the process with other things :) 2. You already know what it tastes like. 3. It is normal to not be full 5. Weight loss will make the biggest difference to your face, bigger than make-up
I definitely needed this! Sometimes its hard to stay motivated on a weight loss journey but I just need to remind myself of these whenever I get in a rut. Thank you!
I also do intermittent fasting! or at least I’m trying hard to 😅 “eat to live, not live to eat” YAS 😭 emotional eating is my worst enemy I still hate exercising so much:(( but cutie omg!! you are so motivating! I have set milestones with rewards for myself: when I reach 55 kg I will dye my hair and when I reach 50 kg I will buy new clothes! I honestly love you!! and your tips are great! thank you so much ❤️
I've done 3 days of increasing my NEAT non-exercise exercise activitie thermogenesis now it's just a habit, then a did 3 days of not eating until my stomach growls and eat until I'm not hungry anymore and now it's a habit, I know it's a little too much weight to lose in a short period of time but I lost 25 pounds of mostly fat, at least 5 pounds of muscle loss, but that's what you get for losing that much weight that fast, but I feel 10x more confident 10x more comfortable in my skin now, big thanks 🙏
You say very correct things. All my life I was afraid of gaining weight and from the age of 18 I was on diets. But after hormonal changes, my metabolism slowed down greatly. The only thing that really works is intermittent fasting and exercise.
Great advice, love the vid.. Intermittent fasting has been life changing for me !! I’ve been doing IF for over 2 years now ! “ Eat to live, don’t live to eat “ great advice ! Keep up the good work, hope we can inspire one another, new sub !!
I have been fasting & not even realising lol. I eat just lunch & dinner, I also make sure I eat, at least, 4h before going to bed, I don't feel hungry which is good, I also make sure I drink 3liters of water a day (including my hot drinks too, tea, coffee etc) all that plus at least 5 days of exercise a week, this can change depending on other things, I am learning to not be too harsh on myself if sometimes I can't 100% stick to this, sometimes I may have a takeaway or something sweet, I clean eat, low salt & sugar, but because of that every so often I get cravings & thats ok :) Oh & yeah omg, so true, since I started doing exercise I wake up & I have more energy, been doing it for a few months now, sometimes when I can't do any exercise for like 2 or 3 days when I wake up my body feels heavy & tired, I am mentally more lazy, I don't know why lol :') & on a more positive note I have also realised I am not having any more panic attacks & I am generally more happy
My favourite COVID workout is an early morning HIIT jump rope workout. I wake up early anyway so I go at 6 or 6:30 AM and in about 45 minutes I am done. Great way to wake up, get some fresh air and then have a shower and start work
Hi Thank you so much for being real and sharing ... You really inspired me to start ... Please do a video about the food you eat at a daily basis and exercise . 👍🤗♥️
When I fast I do it for spiritual purposes and weight loss is secondary. Having that higher purpose keeps me going. I want to be at a healthy weight so I can be around for my goddaughter.
I hope the beachy place you're referring to is the Philippines! hahah really helpful tips especially "you already know what this tastes like" !! The regret afterwards is never worth it
Thankyou soo so much for truly inspiring me and well my eating habit will slowly recover thankyou😍 I can seriously relate to everything you’ve said and it goes without saying we should be a lot nicer to ourselves and focus on what we also consume so yeah I’ll try to get better with this and I really was just wondering which everyday workouts do you do or follow which has made a huge difference.
Sorry to hear your struggles..! Gyms are open where I am so I do 50 minutes of weight training and 30 minutes of cardio afterwards! But before, I would do at least one hour of activity everyday, either running or jumping rope. I think just trying to move your body everyday, even going for a walk makes a difference! I might do a workout vlog soon :)
My favourite tip "don't compare yourself to others" 😭 honestly, I had such a problem with this most of my life and im finally stopping that cycle, it just makes me sad and unmotivated. Instead I am now focusing on my goals of where I want to be, and its working so much better for motivation! Great video! Ill be subscribing for sure 😁
my favorite tips to stick to my diet (ive been dieting since may of this year): -if you're REALLY craving something and its stressing you out, its best to give in (once in a while ofc, this tip is to avoid binging). its way better to just fit that into your calorie limit than to try to eat other things you didnt really want and then binge. -have a diverse diet, eating the same things all the time is fine and enjoyable for a while (in my case lol) but it will get tiring after a few weeks, which can lead to binging. -dont burn and consume the same amount of calories every single day, it can lead you into a plateau. eat more some days then less in others, exercise more then less and rest, just dont let your metabolism settle. having a "cheat day" can help avoid plateau, just dont overdo it lol its not a binge day its just a day to shake up your metabolism so you keep losing. -i really enjoy coffee, teas and a good cup of very cold water, bc they make me feel full (i struggle w food so i really crave that FULL STOMACH FEELING) and ive read that hydration is important for fat loss... idk if thats true but ik it helps w bloating! -i like to focus on protein and healthy fats on my diet. protein protects your muscles and the fats make you lose fat anddd both keep you feeling satiated for a long time -sleeping early to avoid binging at night. -exercising in the morning will make you feel like you achieved a lot during the day and you'll feel more confident to stick to your diet, but skip this one if you dont have a lot of time. exercising is amazing bc it allows you to eat more, tones up the body and the hormones makes us feel good, but its not exercising that will make you lose weight/lose fat: only a calorie deficit will do it. but im still a big fan of exercise bc im honestly a huge foodie lol
Breakfast ? Lol I’m forever skipping breakfast normally wait till lunch and I’ll just have a big lunch instead. Loving the useful tips great video new sub here
Anna, not sure if this works for you but it's always been told that don't skip any main meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner, cuz example when you skip breakfast, you will tend to eat more during lunch and it will actually lead to an adverse effect
@@anna.lee_jy I've started that too but still not being able to do like do it consistently cuz my friend came back from another city and sometimes we go out for dinner after 8pm, but when I've really done that along with proper diet control (without exercising) I've lost around 4kg in 2-3 months
If I'm feeling tempted I tell myself "save it for my cheat day" and by the time cheat day comes I may have forgotten abt it or I just don't want it anymore. I also look for low cal swaps for cravings. Like if I'm craving mcdonald's fries I know it's the salt and crunch I want so I have popcorn instead.
I think this is more relative to how you move on AFTER losing the weight. I lost 14kg in 2 months and I’ve never gained any of it back in the past 3 years. But I can admit that it’s harder to lose afterwards as I’ve been maintaining for a few months now 😅😅 Edit: it could also have been that o was very obese at my starting weight but either way it’s more relative
I have 40 days when i will go on wedding cermony. I am hiding in home since almost 1.7 years since my twin born i am 78.8 kg with 163 i have to shed these pounds
you already know what this tastes like I'll eat that tomorrow, just not today just stick to it for 3 days learn to accept hunger (intermittent fasting) eat to live, not live to eat weight loss makes your face look better than makeup can don't compare yourself to others, just be better than yesterday's self weight that is lost quickly, is put back on quickly exercise for your mental health, not just your physical health reward yourself during the process, just not with food!
my problem is that i eat once a day not even big prtion (most of time really small) and dont feel hungry anymore so i just dont eat more.. but still gain weight... i already got to 110 kgs this way and dont know what to do... when i try to do any excercise i just cant do much because the weight and also my heatlh problems and really weak muscles makes it almost impossible for me to do much...
8kg in one months is a lot even if we assume waterweight. especially if we consider you are already quite light and tiny, makes it especially crazy. that being said, 8kg also takes quite some time to put on again thats 55000kcal (if we ignore waterweight), but yeah need consistent lifestyle change after maybe as a sidenote i do cardio about 40 minutes a day (over 130bmp under 160), have been done for 2 years now, but i can not say i like it. to be honest as a guy the best motivation during weightloss is better health charts, and right after that a pretty girl saying 'you look so much better' and yeah right after that an upcomming travel

Hi Anna 💘 thank you for the tips! Its so timely since I just started getting back to living a healthy lifestyle. 🥰 im gonna get back to IF too bcoz of ur reminder. liked & subbed! 💘
I'm not actively trying to lose any more, just maintaining! Intermittent fasting and daily exercise is a part of my life now so doing those things makes it easy to maintain :)
Lol it's so hard to stop eating junk food but will try 😂😂. But l sometimes don't eat too. Like not eating lunch.... Or if l eat lunch myt not eat supper❤️❤️ Thanks so much for the tip advice...

Helpful tips! New sub!
you already know what this tastes like
I'll eat that tomorrow, just not today
just stick to it for 3 days
learn to accept hunger (intermittent fasting)
eat to live, not live to eat
weight loss makes your face look better than makeup can
don't compare yourself to others, just be better than yesterday's self
weight that is lost quickly, is put back on quickly
exercise for your mental health, not just your physical health
reward yourself during the process, just not with food!
I needed this! I can never stick to diets but after 2 kids I really need to!😅🖤

Tiffany Jane thank you lovely 😘
Which app yo used to intermitten fasting
8kg in one months is a lot even if we assume waterweight. especially if we consider you are already quite light and tiny, makes it especially crazy. that being said, 8kg also takes quite some time to put on again thats 55000kcal (if we ignore waterweight), but yeah need consistent lifestyle change after
maybe as a sidenote i do cardio about 40 minutes a day (over 130bmp under 160), have been done for 2 years now, but i can not say i like it.
to be honest as a guy the best motivation during weightloss is better health charts, and right after that a pretty girl saying 'you look so much better' and yeah right after that an upcomming travel
your video will help me to at least loose weight. thanks for sharing
