- We’ve all been experiencing a lot of loss these days. For those of you who have lost a friend or loved one, my heart and deepest sympathy goes out to you. We’ve also suffered loss of work, loss of income, loss of school or care for the kids, loss of freedom to go outside whenever we want to, loss of connection with one another, and for some, loss of sanity. In this video, we do a 180-degree pivot and focus on gratitude. It may be difficult to see at first, but we do have so much to be grateful for. Take this time for yourself to practice gratitude for all the blessings in your life, with a relaxing and revitalizing self-massage. Follow along with me as we melt away your anxiety and cultivate a more positive and productive mindset. I am so grateful for all my subscribers and viewers!

Can you do a video on relieving paranoia, I think I’m suffering from ppd NOT PTSD PPD GOOGLE IT
Massage therapy doesn't treat PPD directly, but it can be very helpful by lowering anxiety levels. Take a look on my channel and you'll find many videos on self-massage, meditation, stretching, and breathing techniques all aimed at anxiety reduction.
