I really don't think so other than taking top tube off and running some cleaner through every once in awhile but it would take years to get that bad again
Need video for Toyota Prius 3rd gen? Anyway, from much research.....to remove the EGR cooler/assemble...... use an extra reach 12 mm racheting wrench for the three Nuts in the back. I had a hard time reaching the 4th HIDDEN 12 mm nut underneath the EGR cooler. Then, used a Torx E8 socket for the two Bolts ( in the back of EGR cooler) and I finally freed the EGR assembly. It's literally impossible to remove EGR valve only for DYI non professional therefore remove the whole EGR assembly. Good video Hoop!
Is there a way to prevent that much blockage from happening again?
