    Thank you for this. My sciatica used to be felt in the middle of the buttock. But now, I am feeling it much higher, near the top of my pelvis (female). How can I effectively stretch this area? I’ve tried putting a rolled towel underneath the area while laying down, but the sudden jolts of pain was too much to bear. I cannot stand up straight, help!
