I’m extremely happy with my Eyehance lenses. No complications at all. Keep it simple if you want to minimize possible problems. Lenses that try to do everything generally don’t do any of it great and increase the probability of having issues.
it might happen due to 2 reasons - either refractive shift towards hyperopia, central zone opacification or even decantation vs pupil, but 1st reason is the most often with any IOL of that type.
Dr.Krad, for the eyes of age 57 male with underlying conditions like Diabetic, High Blood Pressure and retina issues such as left eye with peripheral photocoagulation and right eye with scleral buckling to reattach retina, both were done in the year 2018, is the tecnis jonshon eynhanced Monofocal IOL and Asphire Monofacal IOL suitable to consider for cataract surgery?
