I popped a stye in my eye when I was younger with a needle. I will never forget it. There was so much blood coming out, but after that, by the grace of God, they never came back again. Oh my goodness, Lord Jesus, please don’t bring them back again.

I once had an infection in my lacrimal duct. The doctor gave me an antibiotic (salve?), which caused a block-- that was very painful! Luckily, I was able to drain it myself with a little massage. What I wanted to say, though, is that I can imagine the pain the patient must have had.

Very wholesome. Lovely bed-side manner, so reassuring, calming and comforting. This is just as powerful as the anaesthetic!

When I was only 16i started getting these chronically for about 10 to 12 years. I had to have a chilazion removed from my eyelids 8 times!! I wore contact lenses and had many issues wearing them. This was one of the chronic issues 😢. The first time the eye Dr said do NOT bend over for at least 24 hours until it starts to heal bcuz they can't stitch it up. Lol me knowing "EVERYTHING" being a teenager lol I bent over. Well blood just started pouring down my face. I never did that again and listened to the good Dr after that!
