got my right eye done two weeks ago, go in Wednesday next week for left, you never feel anything, i was alert can remember everything talked about in the surgery. my vision is so much clearer, it took me about two days to get my long range vision, about a week for the halos to disappear. its great to have a good talking doctor. keeps you reaffirmed
For me personally, I love these type of videos, especially from Dr. Krad, he really gets down into the trenches and shows us what’s going on. More specifically, what one can expect from the actual surgery itself. Obviously, important to people that are scared when facing the reality of cataracts or glaucoma and or other eye events. Indeed, for most people, including myself this can be very scary so it’s completely understandable for people to want to understand the procedure and risks involved. Also, and very importantly, we need to start having a frank discussion about pricing/lenses to help everyone decide on what is best for them and what is affordable. Cheers!
Hey doc, is local anesthesia delivered to the tendon near eye better or tropical numbing gel. I had this doubt as the surgeon had given her the injection and didn't understand the reasoning given by him
10-15 minutes max. I had both eyes done 10 days apart. I opted out of their drug offering, eyes were numbed using drops and instillation at the beginning and I had no pain and no problems. I’m very protective of my eyes and I recommend you make sure you’re confident and comfortable with whomever does your surgery, it’ll make things so much better 🤗
