I was 6 or 7 in 2000 when One More Time dropped. I heard it on a late night radio show (open house party I think?) and became fixed on it. Dad bought me Discovery when it came out and it meant so much to me. I feel corny for crying but they really did have such a huge impact on my life. ❤
It ain't corny, music transcends everything we think about how the world around us can affect us. It could be the most vulgar and taboo music possible but if it touches you in any way, I think that's valid (obviously Daft Punk's music isn't really vulgar or taboo, but you get the point).

why are you projecting your vision of things that YOU'RE entitled to onto others with the scope of belittleling them? A loop isn't just a loop if proportionate amount of enhancing is applied to it. Moreover, Daft Punk are the only artists whom i've come across that can make tolerable and catchy music just by putting one or multiple layered samples in loop and yet make it go hard. On that note don't project how you envision things onto others because music is subjective for everyone and anyone, :)
Boy how I wish I was there, Daft Punk did a perfect medley of their songs the drop of the bass for « Together » makes me wanna jump to the ceiling! Great mixing!
Ever since 2007... i was like young in on the 13th. This was that moment when i was with My Friends!.. and they want us to go to the concert.. So i ask, "Sure!" And that was the moment I heard some Kind of Alien Robot... making Electronic Music!. I was like freaking out hearing this song ! Mixing With Human, Stardust, One More, and Together [Vocal] at the same time!... Absolutely This Was My Second Time Going Into Comcert! But this Was only my favorite kind of hearing them both mixing Odd Music... and their robot mask! I was like "Damn i wish there any store they sells the mask lol." But anyways... Ever since Daft Punk Make His first ever daft punk concert... i pretty sure one day we will seen them making this if they ever come back with their relationship Punks! ❤😢 i will away support for them!!
Listening to this with a decent pair of headphones is brilliant, everything is so much more clear, you can really feel the bass hit you this cleaned up version. Nice work.
The most influential electronic act ever, absolute belters of tunes these lads made. Impeccable production quality, and a human feeling never reproduced again in house music. God, what a duo.
This was the greatest concert I've ever been to and the amazing encore I've ever heard - I'll never forget the magical experience it was and it cemented Daft Punk as geniuses to me
that's incredible quality sound and vision, thanks so much for uploading. I was at the Dublin concert in 2006, one of the best of my life but I can see now we didn't get the full whack of the visuals because it was a summer (August) night and it wasn't even dark at this point in the show, the sun was just setting. In the pure darkness, it looked stunning.
I really love this edit, the sound without the audience reaction is stunning and pretty immersive, awesome!, THANKS for share with us, some of us, can really appreciate it.
I love the inspiration of the first Tron movie (1982) for their costumes with the red lights, it makes so much sens now when they've done the soundtracks for Tron Legacy
Hi channel owner, I've noticed you've replied to a few comments... I've found videos "HD" of the full Lolla concert on youtube, but this audio track you have is better than any of them. I'd really like just the audio of the whole Lolla show if you have that. Do you have it for the whole show? Or know where I can download it? How did you get just this track from the satellite feed rip guy, or did you get the full show? I was one of the lucky ones to be there for this show, and it was far and away the best concert I've ever been to, still to this day. Would love the HD audio rip for the full concert like you have for this video, if it's out there... Let me know, thanks king. As a side note, the moment that everyone talks about in the comments, 5:15, was absolutely insane live. The whole concert was obviously mesmerizing and completely amazing and so so magical, but during this finale, in complete darkness with all the stage lights out, when their suits suddenly and surprisingly lit up like that, it shined through so so bright against all the blackness, and they just lit up by themselves in their pyramid against a sea of darkness, it was a truly indescribable sight and feeling, simply amazing. It doesn't come through as well on camera and in videos as it did live. They looked like fucking non-human beings during that moment, two red outlined aliens blasting music in their DJ pyramid. Incredible. Everyone in the crowd went absolutely apeshit when it happened, an amazing climax moment to cap off the most amazing hour and a half most of us had ever seen. God, what a show. I'm very lucky to have seen them.
hi! basically the satellite rip of the chicago show was uploaded to youtube for a good chunk of time before it got taken down. there have been a few reuploads of the lolla concert but most of them decided to replace the audio with the album recordings-i can slightly understand this as some of the performances had a bit of audio splashback that echoed a few tracks which was pretty noticeable, however the rest of the show (such as this encore) have some of the best audio available of alive 2007 i do have the original audio still saved on my PC! i’ve been meaning to upload it soon however i’m just worried that may be taken down one day. i’ll leave an update somewhere if i ever do and that part of the show was incredible, i’ve always thought it looked off on footage as well but photos of the event really showed off how amazing it was. the fact you saw that in person is incredible, i would kill to see them live
@@snooPINGAS Yeah I've noticed that as well, the satellite audio mixes that are on some of the full Lolla 2007 show videos have some splashback in them and you can tell... hm, not sure what is best then! Sometimes crowd noise is nice, but for a show as amazing as this I'd love to have just the straight audio like you've had here. I guess there is no perfect answer, but all good. Absolutely life changing I was in paris it destroyed my eyes it was so beautiful to witness and see all the crowd feeling the excitement damn, never forget.
In Dublin it wasn't dark enough to fully appreciate the visuals but the music was just incredible and the whole experience was light years away from their previous tour (I was at the 1997 show in Dublin too, and it was really just two blokes behind a load of equipment looking busy, with typical club visuals, very underwhelming and not much of an experience). First of all it made sense of Human After All, like they'd planned it this way all along instead of it just being a disappointing third album all its components provided missing links between the first two albums, and supported these new massive set-pieces. I'll never be able to put into words the power and energy of the intro. I suppose the biggest impact it had on me all the way through was I'd never experienced a band take their back catalogue and create something completely new and separate with it. And the most concentrated moment of euphoria - for all of us at this show - was the Aerodynamic/One More Time section. It just destroyed us.
Went in London. The fact I do still think about it to this day probably tells you what you need to know. Absolutely incredible, authentic experience surrounded by people absolutely loving it. It sounds a bit elitist but I got the sense that the crowd there knew all the songs, how lucky they were and were true fans, the atmosphere was amazing and like nothing else before or since for me. The encore was a great surprise as me and my mates had been listening to the Coachella bootleg on repeat, so to have that new section be even better than the main set was the cherry on top. Having LCD Soundsystem as a support act too, wow!
I saw them at Coachella in 2006 when they arrived from another planet. I saw them again in LA and Toronto and Las Vegas with this encore drop. You cannot believe how crazy the crowd went. It just kept building and building.
Ill never not hold out hope for an alive 2027 reunion, but until then, being only 7 when this tour took place is something ill never stop being sad about. If theres one musical event i could ever have picked to attend historically, this would be it
