Kitchen Florescent Light Box Makeover with Track Lighting on a BUDGET

This is a way to install new track lighting in a kitchen florescent light box on a budget. If you have old drop box ceiling lighting in your house this might give you some ideas on how to do your own inexpensive diy makeover. I used the cheapest track lighting on amazon but I really enjoy the new light fixture and think it's a nice upgrade.

@@EnoughAboutCars We JUST finished and I love it so much!!! We live in a log house so my handyman husband did the box in natural cedar wood. Our light fixture is very similar to yours but brass color. Definitely not as bright as the fluorescent but much classier and gives off a cozy vibe. The old light was so intense and borderline offensive! Thanks again for the visuals!

Fluorescent is the most hated light source ever, Please note I don’t like fluorescent and love LEDs, AND HATE INCANDESCENT.

It really came out looking so great! I'm in contract for a home and they have these flourecents all over the place. And those are one of the first things that gotta go 😂
