For the 2016 Olympics, Amy Tinkler used a fanmade reverse-engineering of Alla Sosnitskaya's music from 2-3 years prior as her own floor music, the main difference being that the first section of Alla's music is noticeably higher-pitched.

I think Amy used the music better than Alla, but both were great regardless.
I prefer alla so much more, I cant believe amy won a floor medal in rio!

She has better form but her choreo is robotic
Amy Tinkler was so sloppy in her EF routine. Not hitting the leaps at all and low chest landings on the silivas and double tuck (and a piked Chusovitina). But the double pike helped her cause . And 2, Sosnitskaya has pizzazz and elegance that certainly fits to the music better than Tinkler.
Sosnitskaya was good at sticking her landings. I always noticed that.

why would you copy this music out of anyone's floor music
hyacinthoides exactly!!! I mean, considering that people gave Kocian s**t about using Khorhina's music over 15 years later, why would you chose the same music as another girl competing in the actual same quad as you? Isn't that just asking for negative comparisons?
Amy because her tumbling was difficult and the choreography was better. Plus went Sosnitskaya first started the routine she was dancing, she didn't match the beats when Amy matched the beats.

If I was judging Amy's routine... Deductions - 0.1 off the Chusovitina for piked position. 0.1 off for hop on double back. ANOTHER 0.1 for double pike. Score: 15.8

Not sure. I just know one or both of them are from Pretty Woman and someone in the comments said who the artists were.
The first piece is "Pretty Woman" by James Last and the second is "Havana" by Kenny G.
I don't get it
Amy used this music in the Olympics, Alla in 2014. So this was a comparison of routines.
+Kojo Baidoo it wasn't the olympics it's was world championships
+Septicsam Yes, Alla used it during the 2014 season, which included both European and World Championships. Amy got this music very recently and the only major competition she's used it at is the Rio Olympics.
