6:026:136:24 Personally I feel the Aston sounds the best, a bit more depth, the rest sounds too much like something from the real world is taken away, it sounds like it is indeed recorded through a device like a microphone
I’m new to your channel I’ve watch a couple videos . Love what your doing and how you explain it! I’m new to podcasting and my RUclips is only been up for like 6 months . I’m trying to learn how better my audio and how to create better videos! Thanks for putting out the content helping dummies like me lol
still having a hard time deciding from this of the SM7B. ( Im using this for gaming, podcasting, youtube recording and music vocals) but im confused, but i am leaning closer to being different so i might just say fuck it, ASTON it is.
Well, for podcasting and streaming the always winner is the SM7. But, the stealth is very versatile and it works well with recording almost everything. Also you have to eq all the instruments and voices in a mix. So, the clear winner here is the aston. But, like i said, if u only want to speak, the SM7 is the best option.
Well.....I disagree. The Aston has much better clairty and brilliance, at least on the male voice, over a much wider range than either the 20 or 7b. In fact: the 20 sounds like it is under a pillow or blanket...muffled and muddy..very little brilliance. The 7b sounds raspy! Lot of mids and highs but not 'thick'. I think the older mics are just that: older! Its time to up the game and Aston does this nicely.
Own them all and the Re20 always wins!
How would you set up the stealth with the rodecaster pro 11?

Thanks for the review. Just to let you know, the titles where the male voice is using the Shure mic says Female. FYI.
